Beautifully updated and minimalist styled multi-level 3BD / 4BA townhome.

Quite different from the usual mountain inspired décor of vacation rentals in ski resorts. This townhome offers ultra-modern interiors highlighting the gorgeous finishes throughout – exposed brick wall running the height of the townhome, black metal railings, and stunning wood floors.

With a spacious and light filled entry, and as you continue through to the mid-level there is the extended kitchen and modern dining space, showcasing the open and flowing living spaces of the townhome. Up another level into the dramatic living space with custom dark wall of wood paneling, which creates a cozy space complimented by the sofa and leather armchairs, and gas fireplace. There is also a desk/study nook on the upper-level landing.

There is plenty of room everyone – no matter the makeup of the group; large or multi-family stay, or group of friends, this townhome offers a bedroom on each floor, each with attached private bathrooms, and featuring a deck or patio to soak up the mountain views!

Wonderful, Family Friendly Townhome!

We had a wonderful stay at the Moraine townhome. We visited over a long weekend in January. The townhome had everything we needed for our group of 4 adults and 4 children. The kids absolutely loved the bunk bed room! The beds and bedrooms were all very comfortable, the kitchen was well-appointed, plenty of room for all of our snow gear, and lots of space throughout for everyone to spread out. The townhome was recently remodeled and is tastefully updated and decorated throughout. Great place. We would definitely stay here again!

Modern condo, great location, but bring your own ice

Had a great weekend - Condo nice and modern and clean. Loved the 2 king beds and upgraded bathroom features. We stayed in the summer and loved the proximity to the pool. Only a 10 minute walk to town. Overall very happy. Only complaint is that they skimped on appliances and despite having a nice Bar area, there is no ice maker in the house and only one measly ice cube tray - the fridge is bottom of the line. Not that big of a deal, but buy a bag of ice on your way in.

Great Location, Modern Decor and Very Functional

We found MO32 to be very nicely decorated in a modern theme yet cozy feel with gas fireplaces in the living room and master BR. The location is within walking distance (10 mins) to base of the mountain and while there's a shuttle that runs every 20 mins, we chose to walk as it was easier. Each BR has access to a deck or patio looking west for sunset which is great. The place is divided into 4 floors so you can spread out yet it's open so you still feel connected to others if you like. 4 full bathrooms, washer/dryer, garage were nice to have. The Pioneer Ridge management group was great and also offers free shuttle on their app. We would highly recommend this property!!
