Beautiful layed out property. The Heth House was small enough to be cozy while spacious enough to allow for individual space. Fully stocked kitchen and comfortable beds to wind down the day. The only drawback is the property location to the local hwy. While sitting out at the firepit the constant motorcycle and 18 wheeler traffic took a little away from the ambiance. All in all it was a great weekend getaway

The property these cabins sit on is very nice. Very well kept. The cabin we stayed in was very nice. It was a little difficult to rest as the beds were not all that comfortable. There is a very loud water hammer in one of the bathrooms that woke us frantically and made me reach for a weapon in the middle of the night. However, I would stay here again.

Christmas Stay

Overall was a great stay. We were disappointed in coming in for Christmas and the house not decorated at all. There is even a light switch label Christmas lights but no lights or decorations what so ever. We used the couch bed one night and found a bottle. I reached down to pick up the bottle and two fake eye lashes stuck to my hand. The ceiling fan motor was also burned up and not working properly. Communication with the property managers were phenomenal and can not blame them at all for these. It's the cleaners who need to communicate this with them since they are eyes on the ground. Love the property and the property managers. Great location and overall great stay.

Birthday Weekend Stay

Amazing stay. Hate giving great reviews for gems like these solely bc we want to return and give them our business. Great places like these are hard to find and when we do find them it seems harder and harder to find open dates. You will absolutely love this property but be aware of the washer and dryer situation. There is one cabin with Washer and Dryer and is available on the property of several cabins. It was not a problem for us, but just be aware. The owners love these cabins and are reflected in the cabins themselves. They really care for the property and the love is in the details. When the owners take pride in these type of properties it really shows in your stay with the comfort, ease, and relaxation you experience during your stay. The location was also very apealing if you even really want to leave. We will absolutely be returning and staying again soon! Can't put a ranking or a review on this type of experience. Its something you need to experience to understand.

Perfect Spot!

We came in for a baby shower in Rockwall. The Heth House was so convenient for going back and forth. It was clean, well stocked and simply perfect. The entire property was well taken care of and Kathleen was so easy to get in touch with and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We would definitely stay here again!

Picture worthy space!

We rented this house instead of staying at a hotel to visit with family in the area. It was well worth it. Adorable house with plenty of space to sit and visit with family inside and out. Kids were able to toss the ball around outside and play games at the outside table while adults got quality time together sitting on the front porch watching kids. Lots of great spots to take memorable pictures. Highly recommend.

Beautiful Quiet Retreat

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful, quiet house just outside the city. This a perfect place for anyone looking for a peaceful stay with beautiful scenery. Highly recommended!

Beautiful cabin getaway

The property was clean and just far enough out of the city to feel like you are in the country. It was gorgeous and quite. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and enjoy our getaway. If you are looking for a place to unplug and relax this is it.

Nice place but don’t recommend

The place is really pretty but I wouldn’t recommend coming here with multiple people. Even if it says it sleeps 8, there’s very limited parking. We had my rehearsal dinner there the night before my wedding and that was a problem with them and they were very rude about it. The wife did not care that you were a paying customer, her tone and attitude was so unprofessional.

The person who was handling the property had terrible communication with us. He was totally insane and had to go through a rough conversation just because we made little mess. They do not tolerate party or any other events so for me there is no reason to there

Excellent cabin retreat

Stayed here for a Bachelorette Party and absolutely loved it! Close to town, but with a in the middle of no where feel, plenty of beds and the cutest house. We had a ball and loved every minute! The hosts were available if needed, but we didn’t need anything! Would definitely stay there again!
