Make yourself at home in this 4-bedroom Rockwall retreat. This terrific house boasts 1 king bed and 3 queen beds, perfect for a group getaway. Enjoy the nice amenities like a fireplace, large deck, all appliances, and toiletries furnished. With 3 bathrooms featuring a shower, bathtub, towels for each guest and hair dryer, You will feel right at home with all family members.

You are minutes away from the I-30 freeway and the bridge over lake Ray Hubbard. You are minutes away from the best restaurants Rockwall has to offer. All police, hospitals and municipals services are equally within a few minutes reach.

Sit outside and enjoy the evening on the large 24x24 deck, stone patio, BBQ and fire pit to roast marshmallows.

Over two years and 50+ stays we have never has a single complaint. All quests left 5-star reviews and several came back for a second visit.

Stay as long as you wish, Stay a 2-day weekend or a week, a month. You are welcome. Just bring your tootbrush, we include everything else. Full kitchen with gas stove and air fryer for cooking. Large dining room can sit 6-8 people.

Upstairs game room has a TV, games and table for playing card or other games. Music room on 1st floor provides a quality sound system, so bring your CDs and relax to your music.

Oh! and did I mention it is a quiet neighborhood with limited access. Parking in the back for 4 cars or in front of the house.

The house is located in quiet and well maintained neighborhood. It have big bedrooms, nice size kitchen and living space with nice backyard which is perfect for our family of 6 adults with 3 young children on the reunion weekend. It’s convenient location and very clean. We had checked in-out smoothly. Really enjoyed our staying. Highly recommended!

Our host, Andre was very welcoming and texted me a couple of times to see if we needed anything. the house is large and has everything we could want. the beds were comfy and the rooms were a good size. the master bedroom is big with a large walk-in closet, garden tub, fireplace and a shower, there is a game room, and a fenced backyard with a firepit, deck, and seating areas. The house is near lots of shopping and places to eat, but it is in a quiet neighborhood.Overall, we had a short visit, but everything went great.

The property was very nice, clean, comfortable. I was a little leary at first with the pet policy. I have allergies and I was expecting to smell a pet odor since pets are allowed, but to my surprise, the house smelled great. I wish the parking was a little better. I'm not used to parking on those narrow streets. I was afraid someone would sideswipe my vehicle at any moment. When we arrived the owners were sitting outside on the back patio for a couple of hours while the workers were doing yard work. We had plans that evening so we left for a few hours. Upon our return, the work was completed and everyone was gone. Overall, my family enjoyed our stay and the home. We travel quite frequently and this home will be listed in our top ten rentals.

Home was perfect for our needs. However, the shrubs at the front door needed to be trimmed as they were overgrown and blocking part of the sidewalk. Loved the game room area and the very large master bedroom. We would stay here again if visiting the Rockwall area.
