Spacious house for 18 people on a Lakeshore 1/4 acres lots. New exterior deck is a great place for outside gathering. Fenced yard on a hill offers a play ground for kids and pets. We are one mile away from a public boat dock on Lake Ray Hubbard. Close to TX-66, I-30, shops and restaurants. Modern interior renovated. Four bedroom downstairs and one large bedroom upstairs are suitable for large groups. Huge living, dinning and kitchen areas.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Three of us were in town for a K9 training and stayed here. The location was great, the house gave us plenty of room to spread out and the dogs loved the big yard!

If I could give it a 3.5. i would . instead of a 3. when we arrived we needed to air out the home as the cleaning product was so strong. yet a bath smelled of urine. and the floors left a black soot on socks and bare feet. There was a lack of kitchen utensils so if you are planning to cook or even open a bottle of wine....bring your own supplies. The home's lighting often was broken or light bulbs were burned out and some fan pull cords were not in working order. all fixable items. We still made it work and had a great family gathering.

Song, was very responsive. The home had everything we needed for our trip. 5 bedrooms the loft was perfect. The kitchen had everything and then some! We will be staying again when we are in the area. Also, restaurants to downtown Rockwall we literally 10 minutes away. It was a perfect stay and location.
