Easy check-in and house was in a perfect location for my stay. Lovely welcome flowers and amenities. The kitchen is very well stocked. although we didn't cook :-)

The house is very cute, great neighborhood, good location. The bedrooms were designed before we all wanted big beds, and are a tad cozy. We would visit again, and had a great time.

Santa Fe Birthday Trip

Visited Santa Fe for my wife’s 62 birthday. Enjoyed the food, Native American art and jewelry, churches, and casinos. The stay was made so much enjoyable by the great casita we stayed in. It was close to the downtown tourist area but with easy access to the surrounding area. This was our second stay here and it was just as charming, clean, and cozy as our first trip. Thanks for making such a great little place available.

Amazing location and super nice lodging.

3 different type coffee pots, 4 different table place settings, 4 IPAs in the fridge, W/D, pillows everywhere, and even a commercial mixer made this the best furnished rental ever. There were fresh flowers in every room. Everything in Santa Fe was 5-7 minutes away. Uber charge to Cafe Pasquals was $5. It was a perfect Santa Fe Casita.

Well located in heart of Santa Fe

We visit Santa Fe every Summer and the casita is well situated to meet our needs for visiting our favorite places. As others have mentioned, the large furniture - especially in the bedrooms - make it difficult to move around. While very pretty, the sheer volume of throw pillows throughout was a challenge in finding a place to store them. We appreciated all the fresh flowers and a well appointed kitchen.

We LOVED our stay. Very clean. Exactly as described. Delightful just to relax on the porch. Super quiet neighborhood. Close to everything we wanted. Yes, the furniture is large but beautiful and not a problem for us. Kitchen was well stocked but could use some cooking spray and maybe a Keurig instead of 2 drip coffee makers! Would definitely come back.

A perfect home!

With a porch for morning coffee in the sun, comfortable beds, and a fantastic kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve, this home is a repeat for us! The dishes and kitchen tools are over the top! What would we suggest? Some better lighting for reading in the living room and a few softer bed pillows. Can’t wait to return! Thank you!

Classic Santa Fe Little House

this little house is decorated in a classic charming Santa Fe way. for my stay, it was a great location: quiet, calm, off street parking and near my uncle's home. I have to laugh - the beds have way too many decorative pillows and and no place to put them out of the way. 8 or 9 pillows per bed...the kitchen was very well equipped and wonderful. i liked the one section of original tile countertop that was left after the new very functional countertops and appliances were added. it was windy and sometimes rainy, so the porch/garden did not get much use but looked nice and alluring.

A well stocked gem

Mother-daughter and friend shared this delightful home in a quiet neighborhood in Santa Fe. We walked into the house to find flowers in all the rooms, an amazingly well stocked kitchen with nice appliances, 4 bathrobes with slippers and lovely lotion and soaps in the bath. I contacted the prop manager for a couple of minor things and she got back to me quickly. It was about a 20 min walk downtown and Ubers/Lyfts arrived quickly when we didn’t want to walk or drive. The house is small so 3 seemed to be a perfect number. With all the nice amenities, it is perfect for a girlfriend get together.

Good location. A bit crowded with oversized furn/pillows

We found the casita a mixed bag: Pros: Good sized kitchen with new appliances and instructions for most(except DW). Location was great both in that it was very quiet and very near all the places we wanted to visit in town.Internet was fast as well. Cons:While the casita isn't small, the amount and size of the furniture makes it feel cluttered and claustrophobic. It is hard to get around, esp. the bedrooms where there is almost no space to walk bec. the beds are so big.One bed was so high they have a stepstool to get it. The shower was too low to be comfortable and we had to remove the shower caddy to get our heads under the water. We would not recommend the casita for anyone who has motor issues or is small. I would say only a pair of people would feel comfortable in there due to the space limitations caused by the oversized furniture.

It’s a wonderful place!

This property was picture perfect, just as cute and artistically decorated as the pictures online. It was beautiful and homey and made our stay in Santa Fe particularly memorable. The kitchen was extremely well-appointed, and we enjoyed cooking meals there. The bedrooms are comfortable, but a bit tight. The location is great, and it only took us a few minutes to get to town. We have already recommended this property to several friends who love Santa Fe, and we intend to book it again when we return. Book early because it apparently fills up very fast!

Convenient & Cozy

Very accommodating location, with great indoor and outdoor ambience. The fenced in outdoor area is extremely relaxing and enjoyable. The property literally has everything you could ever need while staying there. Although it probably has twice as much stuff as you could possibly need....there are pillows, fixtures, candles, etc. everywhere....like sometimes it's hard to find a place to set your coffee cup down. In truth this place could use half the amount of stuff that's in there. That said, you won't need to bring much or go out for anything because it's already there. The kitchen is great! It has everything you'd ever need. The only thing that could be clarified is that while there's room for 2 vehicles in the driveway, there's another resident parking further up the driveway that will need access in and out, which means you will have to move your vehicle frequently and/or park in the street. Overall a great place to stay and an excellent Santa Fe experience.

Santa Fe Property

We loved our stay here. We especially enjoyed the great yard space, and we appreciated the basket of goodies and the beautiful fresh flowers. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need, and more. The location was excellent for walking to most everything we wanted to see and do in town.
