The Space:

This two-bedroom condo in Aldea Zama sleeps four and sits halfway between Tulum's beach zone and downtown, surrounded by jungle. Your private terrace overlooks the shared pool — the reason most guests book — and you'll have complimentary bikes to explore cenotes, ruins, and local restaurants all within a few minutes' ride.



Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Both bedrooms feature king beds and direct access to their own bathroom, so everyone gets space and privacy. Room-darkening shades keep mornings quiet if you need to sleep in after a late night out.



Living, Dining, and Kitchen Area

The living area gets plenty of natural light and has a smart TV for downtime between adventures. The full kitchen comes with a breakfast bar and a dining table that seats six, so you can prep your own meals or enjoy takeout from one of Tulum's incredible restaurants without paying beach-zone prices.



Outdoor Amenities

Step onto your private terrace for morning coffee with pool views, or settle in with a drink after a day at the beach. The shared lap pool is open year-round, and the building's open-air lobby and 24/7 security give the whole property a resort feel.



Good To Know

Fast Wi-Fi and a dedicated workspace make it easy to check in with work if needed. The in-unit washer and dryer mean you can pack light. Free parking is available on-site, and the private entrance with lockbox lets you come and go on your own schedule. Aldea Zama is a developing neighborhood — expect some construction noise Monday through Saturday — but you're walking distance to Chedraui supermarket, cafes, and shops along Coba Avenue. The beach is a quick bike ride or 90-peso taxi. Electricity is metered and charged separately for stays of seven nights or longer.

You’ll have full, exclusive access to the condo during your stay plus access to the common area amenities at this condo include a swimming pool, 24/7 security, elevator, beautiful lobby area, terrace and parking on premise.



The Neighborhood:

Located inside a beautiful residential community of Aldea Zamá situated perfectly half way between the beach and Tulum's town! It's the best location in Tululm! You can walk the Aldea Zamá community too.

- Shopping is within walking distance from convenience stores to bigger grocery stores like Chedraui and of course loads of boutiques and shops in town and at the beach road

- The Tulum town shops and Aldea Zama's commercial shops are within walking distance

- Mayan ruins, ancient cenotes (freshwater sinkholes unique to this area), lagoon floats, and of course Tulum's beach, famous jungle eateries and clubs are only a few minutes away

Getting Around:

The condo is about 118 km | 73 miles or about an 1 hour and 45-min drive from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). It’s best to prearrange your airport transfers. Other Things to Note:

Electricity (Long-term Stays)

Electricity is not included for stays of 7 days or more. A meter reading will be recorded on arrival and check-out days. Long-term stays are charged a fixed rate of $5.22 pesos per kWh. Consumption will be charged through the booking platform or deducted from your security deposit.



Please take note: Tulum is currently under development and until further notice, there is construction taking place nearby and noise must be expected from Monday to Saturday.



Electricity & Internet outages are a reality in Tulum and completely out of our control. If our guests experience these outages, we apologize in advance, but Stella Rentals cannot be held responsible for this inconvenience.



We provide a few bath essentials like toilet paper, soap, shampoo, conditioner & body wash, but please note that these are not replenished during your stay. If you need more, you’ll need to purchase more.



There is no daily housekeeping but if you’d like the place cleaned, it can be arranged for an additional fee. Please message us at least 24 hours in advance and by 5 pm the day before the service.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Surveillance cameras are located in outdoor, in common areas and public spaces. The surveillance cameras are strictly for security reasons to ensure guests' safety. All cameras only face outdoor areas or corridors.



HOUSE RULES

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs on the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed on the premises.

- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.

- Pool and common area regulations and hours must be respected.

- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the complex during your stay.



Services such as electricity, water, and internet are provided by external companies. While these services are generally reliable, occasional outages beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your understanding.



Interaction with Guests:

This is a self-check-in property. Access codes will be provided to you within 24 hours before arrival.



You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week from 8 am until midnight should you need anything - just send us a message via the booking platform.
