The villa has been completely renovated and offers all new furnishings. Entering the unit you immediately see astonishing views you’ll enjoy throughout your stay. The living room area includes a comfortable sofa, two matching chairs, and flat screen TV creating ultimate relaxation quarters. Prepare a home cooked meal in the fully equipped newly renovated kitchen and let your only decision making be whether to consume it indoors or on the balcony overlooking Water Bay, Coki Beach and Thatch Cay. The kitchen also includes bar stool seating for two. Each dining area is set for four. The bedroom has a king size bed and opens up into the living area. The renovated bathroom with stand-up shower boasts with tile inlays can be accessed from the kitchen or the bedroom. The guest laundry services, resort lobby and activities, and the pools are just a short walk from this property. Parking is conveniently located across from villa’s entry.

Nestled just 8 miles away from the airport, Point Pleasant Resort offers convenient transportation options including taxis or car rentals for your ease of travel. While a car is recommended for ease in exploration of the island, taxis stationed adjacent to the resort lobby provide readily available alternatives. Additionally, shuttle services operate from the resort lobby, ensuring seamless access to the 15-acre property from 8 am to 12 am daily.
