Because we are currently having renovations done on the 3rd floor 9am -5pm M-F, we are renting weekends until then so that our guests are not disturbed by noise, and we are offering weekdays at a discount.
During peak season we normally rent Friday to Friday except for "last-minute" vacancies.

GREAT LOCATION the corner of 2 wide streets, close to Beach and Center of Town! One short block to new fenced-in playground, tennis court, and shuffleboard courts -- all next to a beautiful lake with ducks and swans and a fountain. 3 Short Blocks to beach entrance.
I want my guests to have a great stay, but if you are looking for a wild crazy time, this is not the house for you – and probably not the town for you.
Guests need to be respectful of neighbors and the property and not be loud or rowdy. No drugs, drunkenness, or under-age drinking.
No smoking on the premises.
Part or all of damage deposit may be withheld if house rules are disregarded.
Young adults and families with children have really enjoyed this apartment. But it might not be suitable for older adults. The apartment can only be accessed by a rather steep flight of stairs on the outside of the house. (There is also a back flight of stairs for emergency exit.)
The in futon are in the living room is not the most comfortable though generally fine for children. But there are two foam mattress toppers available, should you want them. The twin loft bed is only suitable for children of appropriate age as adults might find it difficult to access.
All rooms are quite small, as per photos.
A bedroom from another apartment overlooks the private deck. Guests there generally keep the blinds drawn for privacy.
Bedroom #1: Queen bed has comfortable memory foam mattress. Bedroom #2 has a loft bed with twin mattress, and a full futon mattress over a sofabed mattress underneath. Living room has small sofa and 3-position futon, coffee table, vintage hutch with drawers and dropleaf desk, and TV. Folding snack tables in closet. Chair for dropleaf desk is in loft bedroom.
Fully Equipped Kitchen has small table with 4 bar stools, but you'll want to enjoy most of your meals on the spacious deck with great ocean and lake views! Outdoor dining seating for 7.
Full Bathroom. Showerhead with hand-held option. (Please note that some guests might now find the access to the bathroom sink is a bit tight.)
Laundry room at end of hallway has front-load combo washer-dryer.

HD TV in living room. TV's in bedrooms to watch DVD's, videos, and play games. DVD and video player, provided.

Summer amenities include beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, beach toys, etc. A variety of books, games, and DVD's and videos (for both children and adults) are provided; Many more available upon request. All rentals except full season include 2 beach badges, and additional badges may be available at a discounted price.
Well-behaved small to medium size dogs generally allowed. $50/pet weekly - to be added to rental quote or deducted from damage deposit. Must not cause a disturbance to neighbors. Non-aggressive breeds and temperaments only. MUST BE APPROVED in advance in writing by owner.

WINTER RENTAL Oct. 1 - April 30 is $1400/month for two people. Slightly more for additional guests and/or pet(s).
Winter Renters must put the gas and electric in their own name for this apartment for the duration of their rental, and must sign a winter rental agreement which has slightly different terms from the summer agreement. There is an additional charge for Cable and wifi.
