30th Anniversary Trip

The condo and property were extremely clean. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay!

Nice condo, well equipped and maintain, right at the golf course. Few short minutes from the beach. Big enough for family of four. We really enjoyed the coffee mornings at the porch reading books, and time at the beach. Pools are with in few minutes walk. We really recommend this place.

Very nice place to stay. Kid friendly and a lot of activities to enjoy for free. Easy access to the beach. Overall great experience for the cost.

Private Beach, Beautiful Complex

We took our family for spring break. It was a wonderful stay. The grounds are well-kept. The area felt very safe with lots of family entertainment options nearby! The only downside was a few missing items to make it feel more welcoming. There were no paper towels, basic Salt and pepper shakers, not enough dishwashing detergent. These were small inconveniences that could have made our stay a 10/10 rather than a 9.5/10, but it’s hard to complain about such a beautiful place!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was fine except for the problem with the refrigerator that was leaking for 3 days and got almost the entire kitchen floor wet even though they sent a technician to check the problem. After the second time they checked, the problem was solved. Everything else was very good!

Nice property

We are a family of 5 and felt comfortable. It was nice having 2 bathrooms and washer/dryer in the unit. Only thing I would say- you have to buy or bring all the basics. Salt, cooking spray, papertowels, shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, coffee/sugar. Most places we have stayed have these. Beautiful private beach with chairs/umbrella. We had a great time.

Clean stay with great access to private beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is very clean and with easy access to a destin private beach. Be aware that basic amenities are provided like toilet paper, soap, 2 packets for dishwasher and some small amount of dish soap for manual washing; however, things not provided that were noticed: paper towels, sponge for cleaning dishes, salt/pepper, cooking oil. It appears as though some of these may have been provided in the past but now there is a posted notice from the property management company amenities are no longer provided. There's easy access to a local walmart for groceries if desired.We had a problem with the provided wifi information on the date of arrival. It wasn't setup correctly and a maintenance person wouldn't be available to fix it until the following weekday Monday (that's the version from the non caring property management person). The more experienced property management agent was able to provide an alternative login information which did work. All in all, this place is very clean with easy access to the local beach if that's what you want.

Super Nice Updated Unit!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice and clean, the kitchen had a big counter space to put food on and the living room furniture was nice and comfy, We loved the big walk in showers as well! If we had guest the bunk beds would of been perfect but since it was just my husband and I that room wasn’t used, the master bedroom had great space and a nice size closet to hang your clothes, our only issue was the mattress on the bed, it was rock solid. Which I know some people might like a very firm mattress but we do not, We ended up going to Walmart the first evening and buying a memory gel topper to put on top of the mattress which made a big difference. I would recommend to the owners to have a more comfortable mattress or at least buy one of those toppers to keep in the closet so just in case someone doesn’t like the firmness they can pull out the topper and put it on the bed, Other than that we will definitely stay and would recommend this unit to all of our family and friends!
