This spacious new 2 level townhome is located in the quiet Southgate Village subdivision just 4.5 miles from Moab Town center and just minutes from Arches National Park and the many trailheads of the Moab area.

Fabulous Views of the La Sals & Moab Rim from The Village Place is in Southgate Village, a quiet subdivision closer to Moab than the Rim Village and Rim Vista Townhomes. Want space to relax? This new custom built townhome will deliver!

UPSTAIRS FULL KITCHEN AND LIVING area:

This area of this fabulous Moab home will wow you!

The main kitchen is a state of the art gourmet kitchen!

The large island has a raised bar section that has seating for four, while dining or just visiting at this seating area you will enjoy the fabulous views of the Moab Rim.

This island is equipped with a large stainless steel sink, cabinets and one of the two full size dishwashers. The island is appointed with a beautiful granite countertop.



The large kitchen just past the island has a large stainless steel farm sink with a fabulous view of the Moab Rim. This kitchen is appointed with beautiful granite countertops and has all the cooking equipment, appliances, spices as well as an outdoor gas grill needed to create all your favorite dishes. The five burner gas range is a pleasure to use as you enjoy the view! The hand tooled pine dining table seats eight.



Second level living room has a guest powder room. This home has 2 full size refrigerators, one on main level and the other on the second level. There are 2 laundry rooms, one on each level and 2 grills, one on each level.



The second level is also equipped with a full sized front loading washer and dryer, or if you wish you can use the washer and dryer found on the main level just through the arch entry.



After dining inside or outside on the large deck areas, you may wish to retire to the comfortable living area to socialize by the gas fireplace on the leather sofa that converts into a queen size bed with an upgraded memory foam mattress-Enjoy watching your favorite program on the large screen Smart TV From the sofa or in one of the leather swivel tub chairs. There is additional seating at the custom window table seating area.



UPSTAIRS LA SAL SUITE:

You will find the third master suite on the second level. The La Sal Suite is gorgeous, it is located just through the arch and past the second level powder room. As you enter this fabulous suite you cannot miss the hand made, one of a kind King bed, hand tooled from the same tree that the dining table and fireplace mantel came from.



Enjoy viewing the large 55" UHD 4K Smart TV from the comfort of your King bed or from either the leather reclining easy chair or the leather sofa that converts into a twin sleeper that has an upgraded memory foam mattress.



The La Sal suite has fabulous views of the La Sal Mountain Range, enjoy the views from your suite or from the comfortable seating areas on the large 12' X 18' deck that also connects to the living room deck that has a large barbecue, seating areas as well as places to enjoy out door dining.



This large master suite has a large, spa like, en suite bathroom with a soaker clawfoot tub and a 6' X 6' walk in shower with dual shower heads, one rain head and one standard head. Enjoy the view of the Moab Rim from this spa like shower room.



You will have plenty of room at the double vanity while you listen to your favorite music on the overhead Bluetooth speakers. There is also a seating area with a makeup counter integrated into the double vanity for the lady.  This master bath has a private water closet with a view of the Moab Rim!



DOWNSTAIRS HALF KITCHEN :

As you enter the main level half kitchen through the arch entry you will gain access to the well equipped efficiency with a large stainless steel sink, a full sized stainless refrigerator/freezer with a large ice maker, a four toast toaster, microwave, baker oven, drip coffee maker and a coffee bean grinder and a dishwasher.



There is plenty of dinnerware and tools for the main level gas grill. This efficiency is also equipped with a full sized front loading washer and dryer, one of 2 sets in the home.



DOWNSTAIRS ASPEN SUITE:

Upon entering the Aspen Suite enjoy the breathtaking views out the many windows facing the La Sal Mountains. This suite is appointed with colorful rustic furniture, southwest bedding and artwork.



Enjoy watching your large 55" UHD 4K smart TV from either the comfort of your king bed or from your leather sofa which converts into a twin sized sofa sleeper with a upgraded memory foam mattress.



The Aspen suite is conveniently located across the hallway from the Main level half kitchen. Enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast in the comfort of your suite while sitting at your personal breakfast table with fabulous views of The La Sal Mountains.



The Aspen suite also boasts a large wrap around patio with plenty of comfortable seating and a barbecue.

Your en suite bathroom is appointed with a clawfoot bathtub, a 6'x 6' shower room with dual heads, one rain head one standard head. The large shower has a molded in bench and a window to enjoy the views of the Moab Rim. There will be plenty of room at the double vanity while enjoying your favorite music from the overhead Bluetooth speakers. This spa like ensuite has its own private water closet.



DOWNSTAIRS CABIN SUITE:

The cabin suite is just down the hallway from the main level half kitchen, this large suite sleeps up to five. The first full queen bed is appointed with a gorgeous Adirondack wood headboard and southwestern bedding.



This Suite is also equipped with a round game table.



The other sleeping area at the other end of the room is a gorgeous log bed, a full over queen bunk bed with matching southwestern bedding. This sleeping area is equipped with a floor to ceiling and wall to wall privacy curtain that will provide the needed privacy when the curtain is used. In addition to this privacy curtain, the lower bunk has a personal TV with headphones.



Enjoy viewing the large 55" UHD 4K Smart TV or the fabulous views of the Moab Rim from your sleeping areas. This comfortable master suite also has its own private patio with comfortable seating to help you enjoy the views of the Moab Rim.



The Cabin Suites en suite bathroom is conveniently located between the two sleeping areas.

Located in Southgate Village.



OUTDOOR SPACE Relax outdoors on the three patios, one for each suite. Large wrap around decks outside living room includes dining areas and large gas grill.

Front area (outside the Aspen Suite) is 490sq ft including the sod and uncovered patio which continues to the side area. Private Hot Tub and Fire Pit are on the Aspen Suite patio.



Side area 576sq ft including the covered patio with grill and dining table which continues to the backyard



Back area (outside the Cabin Suite) is 800 sq ft including the sod and uncovered patio



The upper deck is 630 sq ft with 2 dining tables, grill and additional seating is the width of the town home plus partial wraparound living room. The deck outside upper master connects to the deck off living area. Also serves as an outdoor dining area with a fire pit.
