Sunset Beach 307 is a spacious 3 bedroom and 2 bath, condominium Located Mid-town Ocean City. The property features full kitchen, washer, dryer, dishwasher, television and internet. The bedding is a King in the Primary bedroom, Queen in the 2nd bedroom and 2 Full beds in the 3rd. The property features an outdoor pool.
Guest supplies sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for this property. Linens would be delivered to the condo for your arrival. A set would include a sheet set for each bed and a towel set for the occupancy of the condo. You will be able to add this option to your reservation for a fee if you wish. Bedroom televisions are streaming only. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
Non-smoking, Non-Vaping. No pets, please.
Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. This property only rents Saturday to Saturday.
