Welcome to this cozy house with 3 comfortable bedrooms and 2.5 sparkling bathrooms, equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi to make your stay even more enjoyable. You'll love the location at the Emerald Island Resort, which offers plenty to see and do. We can't wait to have you as our guest!



*This condominium charges $20 per car non-refundable. There is a minimum charge of one (1) Resort Access Fee per reservation even if you have no vehicles. The maximum number of vehicles allowed per property is six (6)*

3* 2x twin beds room with shared bathroom



We provide 6 towels and there are full laundry inside the property



As a courtesy we offer the Welcome Kit.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.





BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.





IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Guest must be 21 years or older to book

- Parties are not permitted

- Pets are not allowed

- Smoking is not allowed indoors

- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested

- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries

- USPS does not ship to this address and we are not responsible for unattended packages
