The townhome is lovely. The small pool is a plus, but due to no side rail, we were unable to get into water. Everything else about the property is excellent.

Comfortable stay

Great property for walking, convenient location close to stores/restaurants. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of room with 3 bedrooms upstairs and half bath downstairs. Small private pool also very close to clubhouse with large pool, beach chairs, volleyball and playground.

Arrived in the dark and had a little trouble finding it initially but once we had we were not disappointed. All as advertised, lovely townhouse. Excellent communication from booking and very prompt response to all my annoying questions! Thank you!

Great vacation home

We were very happy with our stay here. The property was conveniently located to the attractions we were visiting. The home was very clean and the kitchen had plently of utentials and dishes. We paid extra to have the splash pool heated and we enjoyed it every night. Overall this was a great experience.

Great place great location

Property was as described. Will def look to stay again next trip! The house was beautiful and everyone had a great stay at this property! Clean, up to date, no bug issues, a/c kept house cool in July. Did have one minor issue but was extremely impressed with the response! I messaged the property manager or property owner?? And within 5 minutes there was a knock at the door from maintenance guy. He assessed the issue, departed to get the needed tools/supplies and returned a few minutes later and fixed the problem! The bed frame middle legs were broken, most likely from last guest, would have been difficult to identify unless using the bed. Issues - tv in one of bedrooms wasn’t connected to anything and ice maker didn’t work but there were a couple ice cube trays and the tvs in every other room worked nicely! I give this property a 9.5/10 rating, def recommend staying here!! Thank you!

Fun family getaway

The house is very clean and well equipped! Was perfect for our visit to the SeaWorld parks. Splash pool was relaxing at the end of our days. Will definitely return to this property when visiting the Orlando area.

The house is in an excellent location. It well maintained and had e everything we needed. The house was super clean and sanitized. All the towels were wrapped waiting to be used. The pool is small. However, it was perfect for us traveling with little kids. I recommend this house and would definitely stay again in my next trip to Orlando.

Great property

The townhome was as listed, clean and with ample supplies. Centrally located for attractions, food, and entertainment. The location of the townhome within the resort was also in a great location near the pool, clubhouse, volleyball, basketball, and walking trail. The check in, entering, and exiting process was easy. The owner was very responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Amazing property!!!!

I would definitely recommend this property. It is safe, very clean and fully stocked home in a beautiful community. We got in late and access was easy. Dining and shopping is close, you can literally take a stroll to Walmart and i loved that. The property owner is friendly and we didn't have any issues during our stay. Snacks and various tea/coffee was on the counter top. All bath towels were wrapped in plastic like they were brand new, as a person with a hospitality background, i was pleasently suprised and impressed. The pool was a bonus to the awesome property. Wifi, A/C and TV's all worked with no issues. You will NOT be disappointed. My family and i loved the space.

Beautiful Property

We enjoyed our stay! Great location and beautiful, clean home. Very family friendly. The unit is located very close to the playground and community pool. We did have an issue checking in, however the owner was able to get this handled within an hour. We will come back again!

Very pleasant stay.

Kissimmee vacation

The property was excellent and the owner was always quick to respond to me. The only thing that was discouraging was one of the guards at the front gate was very rude and yelled at us for checking in because she wanted a break We had to talk to someone else the next day to get the instructions for coming through the gate
