Shore Ting is a sure thing!

Great location - central on the island so there are many beaches within 15 miles north or south. With that said, the neighborhood beach (the walk is a little over a mile) is fabulous - be sure to stop there at least once. The kitchen is well appointed making it easy to whip up meals. All the equipment is provided for fun days at the beach - snorkel gear, towels, chairs, etc and there are books and games for evenings or rainy days. The front porch has comfy seating for enjoying the tropical breezes. We look forward to our next visit!

Excellent Stay

My husband and I spent 5 nights at Shore T’ing and we had a great stay! The house is cozy, clean and has a lot of character. The location is also close to some beautiful beaches and good local restaurants. Sarah was extremely helpful and always very efficient at responding! We recommend this stay!

Nice and quaint property

My wife and I just returned to the states after spending 10 nights at Shore T'ing. Overall we had a great experience with only a couple complaints. The property owner (Sarah) was very helpful and responsive to any questions and (as many others have mentioned) the property manager, Derrick, was amazing. Great place to escape in Eleuthera

We had a great week at Shore T'ing. We especially appreciated having the ever-exuberant Derrick (caretaker) meet us at the airport and accompany us to the house. The house is so welcoming with its island decor. It was sparkling clean and so very well equipped. Derrick remained available throughout our stay. We loved having the car available to rent. Sarah was by far the most responsive host that I have ever interacted with in a vacation rental. She responds immediately, and with Derrick as caretaker they make an incredibly helpful team. Clearly their top priority is to make a stay at Shore T'ing an wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Shore Ting is the sure thing!

There’s so much to say about this place that I’ll keep it short and sweet. Anyone will thoroughly appreciate this accommodation, the host and the property manager! Do not hesitate to book with Sarah and Roger and get a chance to meet Derrick. It will not disappoint! We will hope to stay there again if we have another opportunity to visit beautifulEleuthera

Everything we needed

If you are familiar with Eleuthera, you know the importance of renting a space with well sized and supplied kitchen, because there aren't a lot of restaurants. Shore Ting had just that, plus large dining table. Plenty of kitchen essentials, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, and extra linens were available. We had a good view of the sea and nice beach a mile or so drive away. Host and property manager were very accomodating and always witbin reach. Would definitely stay here again.

Top Notch Stay

A beautiful place to unwind and relax with ocean views that frame heaven on earth. The house was clean and in great shape, had everything we needed and more, and truly feels like a home away from home. Derek (the caretaker) was always available for any questions or concerns and has a rich history of the island. Communication with both Sarah and Derek were instantaneous. Book here and experience the freedom and kindness Eleuthera is all about!

PERFECT beach cottage

Shore T’ing is the perfect vacation spot if you want to get away from it all and explore a beautiful uncrowded island. The house is so clean and well decorated. We loved making breakfast and sitting on the front porch each morning while enjoying the sea view. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet. The location is extremely convenient, as you can get to any Eleuthera beaches on the south or north end with plenty of time to enjoy the secluded beaches. The owners and Derek are all quick to respond if you need anything or would like recommendations on where to go. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Over the Rainbow

It was one of my best experiences with renting a home in Eleuthera. The elements, as well as shipping Ting's to the island can make it very difficult to maintain a home in the islands but the owner and the property manager were available and quick to respond to questions and concerns we had. The house was very comfortable and well equipped with just about everything needed while on vacation in Lutra. New beach chairs, a washer and dryer and much more. Absolutely I will stay there again.

Sarah and Roger have a lovely spot, quiet neighborhood, house is cozy, everything you need. Derrick makes sure your stay is flawless. We were surprised by need for a car, but is absolutely true, and do encourage guests to use book provided and go to Elusive Beaches of Eleuthera.

Rest and Recon

Don’t know where to start! Sarah, amazing! Great communication from the start. Phenomenal with details and very easy to work with. We were a little bit of a pain this trip. We had to change our original booking last minute. She accommodated us no problem. Then decided to change it back a day before we were suppose to leave and she accommodated that as well. We came down as first time visitors to claim a piece of property my grandmother had left. We had to hire an attorney and start to get to know the area and locals. Sarah gave us great insight on an attorney. Then there was Derek! He was our host and caretaker essentially while there. Sarah was right, he was amazing. He rode with us the first day showed us around took us by the grocery store and adult beverage store. Told us all about must see and do while there. Escorted us to our lot in Rainbow Bay. Coming to find out he is a jack of all trades and can do pretty much anything or knows someone that does do it. He called or texted almost everyday to check on us. So friendly, genuine, and we made a life long friend. Accommodations, did not disappoint. It had all the creature comforts, was laid out nicely with tasteful and appropriate decor! It was quiet and peaceful. Thank you Sarah for an amazing experience and to your guy Derek for being such a great host! Bonus they have a rental car option and so I didn’t have to deal with a company to do that just had to deal with Derek. He picked us up at the airport and dropped off

Perfect Getaway!

We (two married couples) stayed at Shore T'ing for 5 nights over the Christmas holiday and it was a lovely accommodation. The beds and furniture were quite comfy and the two bathrooms were perfect. A decent selection of kitchenware was available which made cooking the few meals we did prepare, quite easy. The TV in the living room offered Amazon Prime and Netflix, as well as other streaming services, which both our husbands appreciated. The house is centrally located and close enough to food, grocery and great beaches! It's also very easy to find. We visited with our local families in James' Cistern and Governor's Harbour while there, and the Rainbow Bay area allows us to be close enough for daily travel to those areas, as well as far enough to allow us our own space. Derrick, the property manager, and Sarah, the host, were gems. They were both very easy to reach and communicate with if we had any questions/issues. We arrived to the island on a morning flight, and were due to leave on an evening flight. We were allowed an early check-in and a late check-out, which were both really helpful. Overall, we really had a fantastic time at Shore T'ing, and were honestly sad to be leaving. We would DEFINITELY look up this property again when travelling to Eleuthera.

Perfect Getaway

We spent a week in this beautiful vacation home. The house has a beautiful layout and all the comforts you need away from home. Great location to set up for adventures to explore the island of Eleuthera. Sara and Roger were accommodating host. Derrick the caretaker was very helpful and made us feel like family. We can't wait to come back.

Beautiful Rainbow bay

This cottage is perfect for two couples or small family. Checking in and having wine and ice cold beers was fantastic 👌 I would recommend to anyone. Derrick the property manger was extremely helpful.

Relaxing stay in Rainbow

The Shore Ting is a great two bedroom, two bath beach house. Fabulous location. Well-appointed inside - kitchen is well stocked, there are many games to choose from and a TV that we never turned on. There is a big selection of books & guides to the island to peruse. Derrick is a very kind and helpful caretaker - we met him when we went up to the Inn for dinner. He is currently the bartender up there!! We look forward to our next stay.
