Property was exactly as described. Neighborhood was very chill and quiet. We didn’t have any issues, but the owner communicated well and was accessible. We had a great stay!

We had a great weekend!

The property is old but very clean. The hot water wasn't working when we arrived but the owner sent someone within an hour of calling to take care of it. We enjoyed it!(

Very Good stay

Agreed with some reviews where neighbors dogs barked a lot but nothing to bother our stay. Really enjoyed our stay with some minor tweaks to the house but perfect for what we needed on the trip, would recommend.

Very quiet neighborhood

Very peaceful place to stay on a quiet street. Driveway is a little rough to get in and out of, but accommodations were very nice

Had a great time with my sisters in Atlanta , we were close to everything which made Uber rides super cheap . House was very clean and relaxing . Owner was very quick with responses and assistance!Definitely enjoyed our stay . Thank you so much

Relaxing

The pictures really don't do this cozy spot justice. Home away from home. I had no issues with my stay. Would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place to kick back and relax. Oh yeah! There's plenty to do nearby.

Overall the place was nice. Would have preferred bigger beds in the second bed room and would definitely love to have had a washer and dyer. But overall experience was good

Great little house

This was a great place to stay for my son and I (4 nights). It had everything we needed, was clean, and everything worked. It's a mile from a MARTA station with a large parking lot. No groceries/restaurants right nearby (in easy walking distance) but there is everything you need just a couple minutes away by car. Overall we had a great time!

Great spot for visiting downtown

I and my 17-year-old son visited to attend a music festival in downtown ATL. This was a good place to stay for that. The house was clean and comfy and we had everything we needed. Oakland City MARTA station is about a mile away and is a 10-15 minute train ride away from the downtown stations. Having a car helps as food and shopping are close (5 min drive at most) but probably not walkable close.

Turn Away

All you need to know about our experience: Sketchy neighborhood, dogs barking constantly, heard gunshots, pictures are deceiving, mold on walls, roaches on kitchen countertops. Ended up moving to a hotel after the first night because we didn’t feel safe.

Attend a graduation

This property requires renovations. The black mole in the larger bedroom had my sinuses going crazy & could be very dangerous to mine & my family health. The bedspread had stains on it. The bathroom had peeling paint, the tub was dingy, dirty, the toilet was loose from the floor, the clear shower curtain had stains on it. The kitchen trash can top was broken. The backyard was large. However, they had a big trailer that was unappealing. All said, I’ll give this property a 2 because it gave me motel vibes.

Cute and quaint

Our stay was great, communication was easy with the host, and it was central location for all things. My son enjoyed the back yard and could play to burn some energy. The house is older and smaller but perfect for a small family. A few minor things, not complaining just throwing things out there for future guests... The second bedroom beds being twin isn't horrible, but another bigger bed in that room would be great. (I knew the bed sizes beforehand because of pics and other reviews so it didn't deter my decision to book the house) The couch in the living room was not the comfiest. Make sure to bring baking sheets or baking pans if you cook. If you have smaller children outside, watch for glass and metal in the back yard, and people driving in the area go extremely fast. Lastly, the driveway is rough and broken and would be difficult for smaller vehicles to get in. (Previous reviews mentioned this as well so I knew before booking)

This home is MUST RESERVE!!!

My family and I traveled to Atlanta, Georgia to receive my Bachelor's degree. My family of four includes my fiance , our 4 year old, and my disabled mother. We stayed in this comfortable home that felt like a quant cottage for 5 days and 4 nights. We would select this home in the future and recommend it for any ATL travellers. This home is a MUST for several reasons. 1st off the Owner Levohn is very easy to contact and get along with, she responds promptly with professionalism, and makes every effort to ensure accomodations exceed guest expectations. I absolutely loved that about this reservation! Secondly, the comfort of this home is relieving being that ATL is extremely hot and humid in the summer. The home air conditioning system is perfect for coming home from a long day of outdoor activities, it's stays cold when you need it to even throughout those hot-n-sticky nights.. additionally, the bathroom is newly remodeled and oh my gosh, you will love how it has been upgraded to include ADA accomodations. The entire home is ADA accessible, except for the stairs to enter/exit both the front and back of the home. However, there are wooden rails at the stairs in the front & back, which my disabled mother was able to take advantage of for safely ambulating in/out of the home. Also, a comfortable chair is strategically placed close to the front entrance, for the disabled to immediately rest after getting up the few steps at the front door. This homeowner was very thoughtful with the interior design of the home. It is child friendly, fits most small families, and perfect for couples going on vacation! The kitchen is fully stocked, we didn't need to bring any kitchen supply. It's fully stocked kitchen has a range of things from pots & pans, oven mitts, cleaning products & towels, cups, plates, paper products, cutlery, and so much more!!! There is even a coffee machine with filters on the side. To top it off, this MUST-RESERVE home has a huge backyard with an elevated patio to sit back and relax on. Similarly, the front yard is spacious and has a patio to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. This home is located on a quiet street and has only one neighbor on the side. The other homes on the block were occupied. Although the community keeps to themselves, the people were friendly and respectful. My family encourages you to reserve this home to come and check it out for yourself!!!

Great place!

The cutest house in a good location. Checkin was a breeze and good communication with the owner. I appreciate the firm beds and the smart tv already set up. Good water pressure in the shower if that is important to you. I would definitely stay here again.
