The house was very clean and nice. It was a short walk to Magnolia for coffee in the morning and a little shopping! If we ever return to Waco we would definitely stay at the same location if it is available.

The place was clean and as described. I went with this property as it was close to convention center. It had everything I needed. A minor item would be to maybe add a shade in the bedroom for the window above the bed. The property across the way has outdoor lights that are , at times, left on all night and lights up the room.

Charming little bungalow close to Magnolia Market and restaurants. Nice backyard space, plenty of amenities. The only thing lacking is a separate light for living area instead of having harsh overhead lights or kitchen light that shines in eyes while watching tv. Great little space to stay

Everything you need

This place was everything we needed for our trip to the Magnolia Silos. I loved being able to walk to the Silos. The house was decorated for the season and we enjoyed all the snacks and extras. We also visited Homestead Cafe which was an amazing place with great food.

The Best Location Ever

This rental was absolutely wonderful — the best location you could ask for! It’s right in the heart of everything, close to shops, restaurants, and historic sights. The place itself is charming and full of character, with a lovely mix of historic charm and modern comfort. It had all the amenities we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Super clean, cozy, and thoughtfully stocked. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience — highly recommend!

Visit Magnolia Silos

The Clay house is just a five minute walk from the Silos and many other shops. Short drives for the other shops and places to eat. Quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed relaxing here! It was a much needed getaway!

bed: very comfy, extra blanket was helpful. Coffee maker *also dispenses hot water!! Kitchen set up - well equipt (microwave and electric skillet). Ceiling and barn doors are cool. Walking to all Magnolia shopping. Road noise and train whistle evident, hence 4 stars.

Cute property

My husband and I decided to stay a night in Waco during our trip to Texas and this quaint little home was available for us. It’s decorated super cute and the host was very accommodating. A quick walk to the silo district, wish we could have stayed longer!!!!

Just Perfect!

A short walk to everything worth visiting in Waco. Adorable set-up, kitchen, master bedroom and living room. Clean, updated amenities, great closed in backyard. Thank you for hosting us and our little fur babies. It was the perfect birthday getaway!
