Cozy Grand Beach Cottage in the Park, less than 300 steps to the boardwalk.

Time to book your book your summer vacation at the lake for this upcoming summer! Our cozy 500sqft 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom cottage has everything you need to enjoy your summer getaway at the lake. The main bedroom has a double bed, while the 2nd bedroom has a set of double bunk beds, the living room has sectional couch that has a pull out queen size bed, all rooms complete with bedding and linens. The bathroom is newly added to the cabin and has a stand up shower with a vanity and mirror and toilet. Our fully renovated kitchen comes equipped with all you will need to make your meals. With stainless steel appliances, the fridge is large and spacious, It also has a toaster, Keurig and coffee maker, and comes with a BBQ for outdoor gilling. You’ll feel right at home cooking in this very efficient kitchen. The dinning room has a table that has an extension for extra seating. We have a comfortable screened in porch on the front of the cabin for your morning coffee or evening game of cards, the veranda is great for outdoor living without the bugs. We have recently added a beautiful cedar deck to the front/side of the cabin, 200 square feet of deck will be enjoyed by you and your family. The Living room has plenty of seating and comes with a TV on the wall and Roku. The cabin is less than 300 steps to the beach. Just a short stroll and you are on one of the most pristine white sandy beaches in Manitoba. The boardwalk is home to great shops in the summer months where you can purchase many trinkets and chic beach wear which will make for great memories of your beach vacation. It also has casual beach food stands and of course ice cream stands. Our cottage which is located directly in the park will be a hot spot for your family vacation. Spring Summer or fall, you can enjoy many trails in the park to bike ride or hike and take in all the beautiful scenery. Our cottage has a fire pit to keep you warm if you like to enjoy the outdoors in the evening and enjoy your campfire stories while creating great memories at the lake. Book now and be ready for your summer holiday at the lake.
Please note: Our cottage is located directly in the Grand Beach Provincial Park, this means that you will need a provincial park pass in order to enter. It is encouraged that you buy this pass in advance of you getting to the park, as they only sell the day passes at the gate and can take time out of your precious vacation time if you had to go to the office in the park and purchase one. Passes can be bought on line.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Check out time is 10:00AM
Please put all kitchen items back in the same cupboard or spot as to where you found them. Remove all trash and recycling and take it with you.
Clean out the fridge/freezer and wipe down any mess that might have collected in the fridge over your stay. Remove the linens from beds used, place in a pile on top of the bed along with used towels.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Take your garbage to the garbage bins at the end of the street. They also have recycling bins there as well.

Exceptionally located cozy cottage

This place was fantastic for us, both the host and house exceeded expectations. It’s not huge but they have done such a great job with this cottage. Also to note the mattresses were excellent! Would 200% stay here again.

Grand Beach Vacation

Newly renovated, cozy & spotlessly cleaned vacation getaway is close to the beach & boardwalk in Grand Beach. Location was the best! Bedrooms are very small but we knew that when we booked. Spent most of our mornings & evenings in the screened porch and afternoons at the beach which was just what we were looking for in a vacation rental! Lovely quiet friendly neighbours too!

Location was our main incentive, as well as reasonably priced. Check-in was easy with clear directions. The cabin was very clean and well maintained. I didn’t realize that it was open area but it worked ok as we all went to bed at the same time, and no one wanted to stay up late and watch tv. With the cooler weather we did watch evening movies though. We did make use of bonfire pit 1 night though. Loved the screened in veranda to read in. The kitchen was well set-up and bathroom was clean.

Great Beach Cabin

Loved our stay here. Best location possible at Grand Beach. Perfect for our family. Lots to experience in the area , played 3 different golf courses, mini golf , played Tennis , Basketball, visited several other nearby beaches and spent plenty of time at Grand Beach itself which is the best beach in Manitoba. Reminded me of Gulf Shores Alabama with the big sand dunes. Also cottage had lovely veranda in front where we enjoyed coffee and breakfast every am. Would definitely recommend and look forward to coming back in the future. Great all around value❤️

Cute Cabin Lake Winnipeg

The cabin was conveniently located in walking distance to the Lake. The front porch is a great place to relax and enjoy the sounds of nature. We were there when the Fish Flies were swarming and learned it happens every year for a couple of weeks. The main bed for adults is quite small but the bunks would be fine for children. There is not much up there so bring the supplies you may need. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

Nice but Expensive

The cabin was cozy and set up nicely . It looked relatively clean but the floors were dirty I was very surprised because the cleaning fee was pricey and when I wiped the floor because the shower leaked water the paper towel was black . I would naturally expect when you’re paying a cleaning fee the floors be washed well I even swept and respectfully wiped the counters and sinks down when I was leaving .

Sorry you feel that way. Our cottage is cleaned thoroughly between each stay and previous guests have never had this issue. Please note that you brought two cats to our cottage when we do not allow cats, I in turn had to charge an extra cleaning fee. Our rates are not expensive, sorry you feel they are.

Brian and Andrea are long time Grand Beach Cottagers who have spent many years coming out to the lake and enjoying all Grand Beach has to offer. Charlene and Eric are long time cottagers just a little further north in Hillside Beach, who have also enjoyed a lifetime of memories at the lake.
