Escape the city and spend the day relaxing in our cozy 3 bedroom cottage, overlooking Lake Winnipeg! This stunning lakeside retreat features a sundeck, an all-season sunroom with magnificent views, and large picture windows throughout the house allowing for healthy natural lighting. Our large open-concept living room has high ceilings and a stone fireplace, the perfect area for lounging after a day of exploring! In the summer, enjoy water sports, boating, hiking, or swimming at the local beach. In the winter, spend the day on the groomed snowmobile trails and cross-country skiing.
Enjoy all of the comforts of a modern home such as Wi-Fi, laptop-friendly workspaces, a fully equipped kitchen, HD television with cable networks, washer in-unit, and free indoor parking. Relax in the hot tub, jacuzzi, or next to the fire pit and keep cool in the summer with air conditioning units located throughout the home. There are many ways to unwind and relax in this charming and spacious cottage!

This cabin is comfortable and spacious. A great family get away. Has plenty of towels, linens etc. The view overlooking the lake is beautiful with spectacular sunsets. The yard is big enough to enjoy all kinds of lawn games. There are beaches, stores and restaurants just a short drive away. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to next year!

This is an awesome lakefront cottsge with all the amenities needed. Well stocked with all essentials. Great hottub on massive deck looking at lake and sunsets.Cant say enough about this rental. Will be back.

Great property and great location.

This is our second Christmas staying at this property. The place is great - clean, spacious, and as advertised. The hot tub overlooking the lake is spectacular. The communication with the hosts was excellent. We will probably be back again.

Lovely Lakefront Vacation Home

This vacation home is very spacious and comfortable with absolutely everything you need for a very relaxing time including a beautiful lake view, hot tub, yard for lawn games and incredible sunsets. All the furnishing and beds are very comfortable. Plenty of linens and towels. During our stay any questions we had regarding the property were promptly answered. Five stars for communication!! The location is great as it is close to a number of beaches, stores, restaurants and a golf course. We had a wonderful vacation and look forward to being back next summer!

Excellent Long Winter Stay

We stayed in Belair from January to April 2025. The house was clean, well stocked with necessities, and equipped for longer stays. We had a constant resupply of firewood and potable water. We enjoyed two or three snowstorms and long chilly days, but the house remained warm and cozy. The internet connection was fast and reliable. Our family has one remote worker and two remote learners, so everyone was able to stream their meetings with no interruptions—even on snowy and cloudy days. When it finally did warm up, we had the opportunity to go out and enjoy the luxury hot tub several times. The night sky in Belair is beautiful, with minimal light pollution. You will need a car to get around. Selkirk is the last significant town to shop in before hitting Belair. In a pinch, Thomson Crossing and Saffie’s General Store are great places to pick up staples. Deeds is a great host and made us feel welcome immediately. He kept in touch weekly to ensure everything at the property was in working order and checked in after large snowstorms to make sure we had power and to see if it needed to be plowed out. If our travels bring us back to Canada, we will visit again.
