Important property notes-
Pindari is a classic beach house with a relaxed, older coastal charm rather than a newly renovated home. It is comfortable, spacious and well suited to families looking for a laid-back beach escape.

The pool is older and shows signs of wear. It is professionally cleaned prior to each arrival, however due to surrounding trees, leaves or small debris may be present during your stay.

As with many coastal and bushland homes, insects and spiders may occasionally be present.

Local dining and attractions-
Pearl Beach offers an ocean pool, pet friendly beach, arboretum, tennis courts, bowling green and beautiful bushwalking trails.

The local caf and restaurant are currently closed following a fire, however excellent dining options are only a short drive away in Umina and Ettalong Beach, including Margarita Daze and Box on the Water.

Umina Beach is just a 5-10 minute drive and offers supermarkets, caf s, restaurants and a popular surf beach.

Pet policy-
Pets are very welcome with prior approval. Pets must be kept off carpeted areas, beds, couches, cushions and soft furnishings. Additional cleaning fees may apply if pets mark, soil or leave excessive fur or dirt.
