AMAZING

This was our first time in Destin and this place was amazing. Everyone from the guard shack, office staff, everyone was so kind. It is in a prime location and I really appreciated the private beach. We fell in love and will return soon!

Exceeded expectations

Very nice and comfortable condo. It was only a 5 min walk to the beach, cozy, clean, updated, nice shower, and beach service. Perfect for me. Hopefully I can get the room again next year

Stay in Festin

We have stayed at Sand Pipper cove for 4 years now when we come to destin. We love the convenience of a 5 minute walk to the beach. This particular unit we stayed in was lacking in cookware, no paper towles and 1 roll of TP. I would suggest to the owners to invest in pans for cooking since it is a unit that has a kitchen and provide at least 1 extra roll of TP.

Cuteness, Cleanliness and Convenience at the Beach!

Very well done! Every once in a while, you walk into a VRBO property look around and decide instantly that the folks who own it are YOUR kind of people. From the big, meticulously tiled shower to all the perfect little details, this place is a charmer. It’s about the size of a large hotel room but is well equipped and very cozy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we WILL be back! ❤️

We had the best time

Perfect for a small family, couple, or a few friends. My husband and I slept on the bed and 2 kids on the pull out couch. It is smaller and a little crowded but it was expected and you can tell from the pictures everything about the place. Pool is down the back steps and location is quiet and safe. Maybe an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and the beach service was really the winner! Overall, we had a great stay & plan to stay again

Cute studio

The studio apartment was nicely decorated and had plenty of room for 2 (although I was alone). The bathroom has an odd and somewhat inconvenient step. I stubbed my toe a few times on the first day! I’ll happily stay here again!

Nice condo short walk to beach

This was a nice up to date and clean condo. The downfall was that we were not prepared to have to purchase our own toliet paper and to have to go to the laundry facility to exchange our 4 towels for 4 new ones only between 9 and 4 daily. The pools and hot tubs were nice. The beach was a short walk away. It says private beach, but it was lined with chairs that different condo places/ owners had purchased for their renters. Our owner had not purchased chairs, so it was hard to find a spot for the kids to play close to the water. Over all it was a nice vacation.

We love the lovation

Waa not happy that the qhole stay we had people tromping around like a herd of cattle when it was bwdtime. Very annoying. We will probably look for alternative places to stay next year. We have been staying in different condos for the last 7 or 8 years and never had this.problem Bery umhappy about this.

Love Sandpiper Cove

This is a great place to stay in Destin. It has pools, hot tubs, beach service, and a small golf course. We’ve come here several times and have stayed in studios to two bedrooms. This unit was by far the most unclean one I’ve stayed in. There were dirty dishes in the cabinet. I had to rewash the dishes, the floor felt greasy. We had to wear our shoes inside or our feet would get dirty. Overall I would at Sandpiper Cove. Great location. I believe this unit is going to be under new ownership so hopefully they will update it.

Good value for the money

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good location, and good value for the money. Cozy and new kitchen and bathroom. Near pool and beach. However problem with sink in bathroom, no draining well, Keurig machine broke down day 2, went and bought ground coffee and paper filter but upon opening the Mr. Coffee machine noticed human hair stuck in the filter. Ceiling had some sloppy spray in an effort to repair leaks. Called management company and they said they will send a message to home owner.

Cozy Beach Cottage

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Cottage was a great location with walking distance to the gorgeous sugar sand beach, Target, McDonalds and Walgreens. There were no unhoused or panhandlers in area, felt safe walking around! I was presently surprised to learn there was 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach I could reserve for free as part of the rental(tip those beach boys, they work hard to set things up!)Security and office staff were friendly and helpful! Cottage was nicely decorated. A/C worked great, cooled us off after a warm day at the beach. The only things that could be improved were the closet doors kept falling of rails (old could be replaced with folding doors) there were water stains in the popcorn ceiling, there were no paper towels provided and one roll of toilet paper. (we stayed for 3 nights). The laundry facilites on property could use some maintenance, some machines were broken and the dryer did not work very well ($3 in quarters to operate).Overall good experience, we would stay here again.
