`Wow` is the first word out of everyone`s mouth the moment they step through the front door and take in the view: Kuaotunu West Beach stretching out below, with Great Mercury Island and Great Barrier Island on the horizon beyond.

This modern 3-bedroom holiday home is built for that view — and for making the most of it. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living area flows out through bifold doors onto the deck, blurring the line between indoors and out. Whether it`s a lazy breakfast, sundowners, or a full holiday feast, there`s space to spread out and enjoy it.

The Kitchen
Fully equipped for a house full of holidaymakers: dishwasher, microwave, electric oven, 4-burner gas hob, fridge/freezer, toaster and kettle, plus crockery, cutlery and utensils for up to 6. A large pantry and generous cupboard space mean there`s room for all your holiday supplies, and a Weber BBQ on the deck is ready for anyone keen to grill.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
- Master suite — upstairs, with a quality queen bed, walk-in wardrobe, and ensuite (shower, toilet, heated towel rail, vanity). Its own ranch slider opens onto a private deck with beach views.
- Bedroom two — downstairs, a comfortable queen bed with its own walk-in wardrobe, sharing a bathroom (shower, toilet, heated towel rail, separate vanity). Also opens via ranch slider onto its own deck.
- Bedroom three — a queen bed with built-in clothes rack and shelving, sharing the same downstairs bathroom.

The downstairs living area links the two lower bedrooms and includes a wall-mounted 42` Sony TV with Chromecast for all your streaming favourites — giving guests a bit of separation from the upstairs living space when needed. Step through the ranch slider to the third deck, a shaded spot perfect for relaxing outdoors any time of day.

Connected & Entertained
Stay connected throughout the house with Fibre Wifi. Upstairs, music lovers will appreciate the Onkyo receiver with WiiM Pro (Spotify, AirPlay 2 and Chromecast Audio), CD player, subwoofer and wall-mounted speakers — stream your favourite tunes straight from your phone.

All Made Up For You
A full linen package is included: bed linen, bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, face cloths and tea towels — all made up before you arrive, so your holiday starts the moment you walk in. A fresh linen change is provided every 7 nights, though a front-loader washer, dryer and clothes line are on hand if you need them.

Steps to the Sand
The white sand of Kuaotunu West Beach is just a 3-minute stroll away via a private pathway to Cuvier Crescent — close enough to leave the car parked and spend your days by the sea. Rinse off the sand and salt in the private outdoor shower before heading in for a summer dinner on the deck. Sit back, take in the view, and say Wow.

- Free off-street parking for 2 cars (no space for large boats)
- Not suitable for wheelchair users or those with mobility issues, due to internal and external stairs
- No children under 12, due to internal/external stairs and large glass doors and windows
- Sorry, no pets
- A Minut environmental monitor tracks temperature, humidity, smoke alarm activation and sound levels
- Early check-in and late checkout may be available — details sent via the Guest Portal once your reservation is confirmed

I live locally in Kuaotunu and I`m on call throughout your stay. Heating and lights will be on for an after-dark arrival, and I`m just a call or text away if you need anything — my goal is to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible.

Important Payment & Security Deposit Information:

1. The Guest who makes the booking must be 25 years of age or over and be present at the property for the duration of the stay.
2. Guest must login to the Holiday Coromandel Guest Portal within 24 hours of reservation to complete additional Guest information and sign the Rental Agreement.
3. A NZ$250 Security Deposit by way of Credit Card is required 48 hours before Check-in time and will be released once the property has been inspected for damages, additional cleaning or excess rubbish removal.
4. The Guest who makes the booking is legally responsible for compliance of the house rules and Rental Agreement by all guests and visitors.
