Its three bedrooms, two bathrooms, open plan design, large patio, freeform pool and fully fenced lawn and garden area combine to provide a tropical inspired holiday haven.
At the heart of the home is the air-conditioned living, dining and kitchen space with its feature walls, relaxation zones, easy care tiling and multiple ceiling fans that will help ensure your comfort.
The well appointed kitchen has everything you need to whip up a light snack or full feast including an oven, microwave, four-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, large twin-door fridge, custom sinks, coffee machine (pods), breakfast bar overhang, walk-in pantry and ample storage and (stone) bench space.
The dedicated barbeque area and all-weather patio also ensures dining can be enjoyed both inside and out.
For maximum self-contained convenience a hire car is recommended, but not essential as Blue Sage is also on the local shuttle bus route that runs into and out of town on a regular daily basis for a nominal fee.
