Looking for split living for 2 families? Our house is located in a quiet no exit street and has 4 bedrooms, 3 downstairs and one upstairs . Downstairs is a rumpus room with kitchenette, bathroom, queen room and 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. Upstairs is lounge , kitchen, large bedroom and bathroom with toilet seperate . There are a number of deck areas to soak up the sun.
From the property you can walk down the walkway about 5mins to the shops, or walk/cycle to the surf beach, 10/5mins . The estuary is a short 5min walk away.

Guests will need to provide linen and towels, beds have mattress protectors & duvets (exc sofa beds )
