John Alvin's is your perfect retreat for rest, relaxation, and unforgettable memories. From the moment you step inside, you'll be embraced by the cozy, inviting atmosphere that our cottage offers.

Unwind in the newly added hot tub, gather around the firepit for cozy evenings, dine al fresco, or take a leisurely stroll to Wellington Beach—where the crystal-clear waters will make you feel like you've stepped into the Caribbean.

With its original hardwood floors and four charming bedrooms, this beautiful cottage provides the ideal escape, offering a peaceful sanctuary for both relaxation and rejuvenation.

John Alvin's is a generous multi-level home featuring 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2.5 bathrooms. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area creates a bright and welcoming space, complemented by a convenient laundry room.

Outside, you'll find a charming front porch—perfect for sipping your morning coffee—along with a new spacious deck, hot tub, pergola and a large grassy backyard. There's also a cozy firepit area, ideal for roasting marshmallows and enjoying some stargazing.

The entire property inside and out is yours to enjoy. Parking is available in the driveway only.

The house is self-check-in so you can come and go as you please within the check-in and check-out time frames using the door code provided to you. We will not intrude on your getaway, however, should you find yourself in need of something, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Would recommend for a family. The large backyard was nice for the kids to play in. Walking distance into town as well.

Perfect stay

Everything was perfect , the house was near all the wineries we were visiting that weekend. Walking distance to restaurants and the cutest Italian cafe.

Amazing location

Beautiful property and very close to all the hype Wellington has to offer. We would do a little 5 min stroll in the morning to pick up a great coffee and pastry before heading to the beach/park. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful! Highly recommend.

Charming cottage in a great location

The location is great and it’s within walking distance to grocery and restaurants. Everything was as described and communication with the host was good. Perhaps the cookware could benefit from a refresh but aside from that the cottage was great.

Ladies weekend in the County

We had a lovely time at CC’s Cottage. Marcy is a great host that answered all our questions. The kitchen is large and conducive to gatherings and the outdoor deck space is great for meals and hangouts. The rooms are large and the beds are comfy. We had a great time in the County!

Beautiful cottage!

We were so impressed by how close the cottage is to everything. Beach, park, grocery, cute shops, cafes, art studios etc. location alone would have me recommending this rental but the cottage itself was so perfect for us. We loved that there were so many places for us to hang out, the shaded front porch, the back deck, and big back yard with a fire pit. Even for 8 adults we didn’t feel crowded! Wished we could have stayed longer!

Perfect Away From Home For Multi-Generational Family Get Together

This home is perfectly located one block away from the action of the Main Street and one block from the Confederation Trail. The kitchen is large enough to accommodate many cooks, and the dining room easily seats 8. There is a huge deck with lots of lounging areas, as well as a lots of grassy area outdoor games. We could not ask for a better place to stay.

Great spot perfect location. We loved the AC, hot tub, fire pit and back deck.Communications were excellent super fast response.Just a couple of issues: there appear to be wasp nests at the back of the house in the gutters. Once of our guests was stung twice and we saw wasps every day out back.The entire house was very clean and neat, but the fridge was very dirty when we arrived. We had to clean it before using it.Other than those 2 issues we loved the place and would stay again.

Great Accommodations in Wellington!

CC's was ideal for the 6 of us. This tastefully-decorated, spacious house was super-clean, well-equipped, and the beds were very comfortable. The huge yard has a firepit and the large deck has tons of seating. Picton and the West Lake and Sandbanks Beaches are close by. We would highly recommend CC's to anyone wanting to stay in the PEC area.
