My home is located on 2 acres just 5 minutes from downtown, but feels like you're out in the country. The panoramic views are spectacular & ever changing. The sunrise over the Mesa makes the morning hangout on the porch a great way to start the day. Just as impressive would be watching the changing colors on the Bookcliffs while maybe grilling during the sunset. Hiking and biking trails surround the house with access to the lunch loops just an 1/8 mile from the doorstep. The house has an open feeling, with beautiful stone and woodwork. There is plenty of room for you, your friends & family. A large laundry/mud room offers safe storage for bikes and other outdoor equipment. Pets are welcome to stay in the utility room which also has a doggie door to the outside fenced in back yard.

About Todd Ervin
My name is Todd and I have been traveling quite extensively for the last 16 or so years. Mainly in S.E. Asia to such places as Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Indonesia. Other destinations include locations in Mexico, Central America and Peru, South America. After my stint of travel I decided to settle down and grow some roots. Grand Junction with all of it's outdoor activities, wonderful sights and laid back lifestyle fit the bill perfectly. Yeah Western Slope!! It is also situated so there is easy access to other wonderful destinations such as Moab Utah, Powderhorn Ski Resort and the beautiful San Juan Mountain to the south. With all the endless outdoor things to do I have not regretted my decision on location at all.
Todd Ervin purchased this House in 2016

Had a wonderful long weekend in the Grand Junction area. The home offered everything we needed. From the kitchen and dining area to the living room with gas fireplace all of our needs were met. It was nice to have privacy however we were only minutes from town.
Great host, great home,great views
Mountain bike dream vacation ! A friend and I stayed for 7 nights and rode 6 days. Todd is an awesome host. Very responsive, provided us with everything we needed and more. Recommended local attractions, restaurants and trails when we first arrived. House was as advertised, very comfortable and the views are amazing. Would love to make this trip from Vermont again, and when we do ,this is where we will stay.
Thank you Todd for a wonderful stay!
This is a great place to stay. Todd was welcoming and gracious. He even brought us some fresh fruit as a welcome gift. The house is clean and comfortable with everything you would need. We loved sitting on the patio in the morning with our coffee and tea as we watched the birds and enjoyed the view. At night the lights from the town were impressive as well. We are hoping to stay again in the future.
Wonderful Weekend Getaway Spot
My husband, dog, and I had a relaxing weekend at Todd’s beautiful home. He greeted us warmly upon arrival and went into detail about anything we might need to know about the house and grounds. He also gave some great recommendations of places to hike and eat - we were glad we listened because we ended up at some great spots! We spent a lot of time on the back patio, enjoying the comfy chairs, views, and hula hoops! Lots of attentive details for guests like a room diffuser, fresh fruit, and toiletries. We felt very comfortable and happy with our choice, and would absolutely come back again.
Peaceful Home in Grand Junction
We spent 3 days in Grand Junction, and could not have been happier with this home. Todd met us when we arrived in the evening and gave us a quick tour, explained where to find everything, and how to work the AC, etc. He was also very helpful in sharing a few places to visit during our stay to help maximize our time in Grand Junction.
The home is well appointed, very clean, comfortable, and peaceful. The kitchen has everything you need if you're planning to eat in. We enjoyed our mornings and evenings on the patio, which has spectacular views and a nice breeze! We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting the area.
Peaceful and quiet with great views!
The Little Park Road Retreat was everything we needed and more. The beds were very comfortable, the house was spotless, and the views were spectacular. There were many little extras provided along with a bowl of fresh fruit. Todd went above and beyond the call of duty to help us when our train was delayed and he had many wonderful suggestions for ways to make the best of our time there. Make sure you take a drive down SR128 in Utah toward Moab. It was the highlight of our trip. Just beautiful. Lands End was also a beautiful drive. We enjoyed Lois's Place for breakfast. I also loved sitting on the front patio watching the bluebirds, red finches, and quail while the sun rose. Only wish we could.have stayed longer.
