My home is located on 2 acres just 5 minutes from downtown, but feels like you're out in the country. The panoramic views are spectacular & ever changing. The sunrise over the Mesa makes the morning hangout on the porch a great way to start the day. Just as impressive would be watching the changing colors on the Bookcliffs while maybe grilling during the sunset. Hiking and biking trails surround the house with access to the lunch loops just an 1/8 mile from the doorstep. The house has an open feeling, with beautiful stone and woodwork. There is plenty of room for you, your friends & family. A large laundry/mud room offers safe storage for bikes and other outdoor equipment. Pets are welcome to stay in the utility room which also has a doggie door to the outside fenced in back yard.

About Todd Ervin
My name is Todd and I have been traveling quite extensively for the last 16 or so years. Mainly in S.E. Asia to such places as Cambodia, Thailand, Myanmar, Laos, Vietnam and Indonesia. Other destinations include locations in Mexico, Central America and Peru, South America. After my stint of travel I decided to settle down and grow some roots. Grand Junction with all of it's outdoor activities, wonderful sights and laid back lifestyle fit the bill perfectly. Yeah Western Slope!! It is also situated so there is easy access to other wonderful destinations such as Moab Utah, Powderhorn Ski Resort and the beautiful San Juan Mountain to the south. With all the endless outdoor things to do I have not regretted my decision on location at all.
Todd Ervin purchased this House in 2016
Why Todd Ervin chose Grand Junction
I think the pictures speak for themselves why I decided on this house. The Views!!

We had a great time at the Little Park Rd. Retreat property. There were tons of mountain bike trails, motorcycles trails and great views. We especially liked the views in Colo. National Monument. The house is literally less than 10 min. to the park entrance. Thanks Todd for being such a great host!
Thanks Laurena, Todd, Kaleb, Brennan and Talan! Glad you enjoyed yourselves. Thank you for the great note you left in the Notes Book and good luck to all of you.
Everything was wonderful! From location, Todd's hospitality (like visiting an old friend), the home, scenery and beautiful sunsets! Definitely recommend Todd's home whether you are looking for hiking, biking, wonderful drives, majestic scenery or just wanting to kick you heals up on the deck and relax. We hated to leave!

All The Comforts of Home
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home was beautiful and in a great location. Todd thought of everything a traveler could use. We were thrilled he allowed dogs. A big plus for us. So much to do in the area and see we couldn't fit it all in this trip so will have to come back. Great rental. Highly recommend.
The house has a great view and large windows to see the country and day and night. Very comfortable house and not too far from shopping and the outdoor life of hiking, fishing, etc.
Todd and his Little Park Rd Retreat treated us very well on our mountain biking vacation to Grand Junction. Very clean and an awesome view! Todd gave us a personal tour of his place when we arrived, something both useful and never before experienced. His home is very well supplied with items above and beyond what is needed or expected. Highly recommended.
This house is great. Wonderful location, close to town but far enough away to be quiet. The house is roomy, comfortable and very clean. The patio has amazing views. We were able to sit out late one night looking at the lights and stars. The heaters on the patio made it very comfortable. Todd was great to work with. We would definitely stay here again.
