Awesome house, great property, wonderful location, and great hosts. 10/10 will be back again.Fam of 4 with a coupe small dogs had plenty of room, will be back with in-laws/full fam, and probably for a guys bike trip as well. My wife, son, and his wife stayed for a weekend. The house was immaculately clean. The yard was well kept. Parking was ample. There was limited cookware a very small amount of sugar, no coffee, and limited spices.

I've traveled to Fruita for a bike trip every year for several years and stayed at many different places. This is an outstanding house. Everything you need, nothing you don't, walking distance to downtown, responsive host. I'd love to book this location again in the future.

Great location with easy walkability to town and plenty of space for 4 guys on a cycling trip. We all enjoyed our time and happily got an early table at Hot Tomato Pizza! Only suggestion would be a new drip coffee maker.
