The Updated Living Area in Sea Time 603S is simply a wonderful open space just perfect for relaxing together with the family after a long day of fun in the sun!. Lounge in the large and comfy new furniture after a fun-filled day on the Beach and enjoy the free WiFi, Central AC, and Flat Screen Smart TV. The sofa is also a Queen Sleeper Sofa! With a wonderful Open Floor Plan, it has the perfect layout for the whole gang to relax and reconnect, while still having room to spread out. Just off the Living Area is an awesome Ocean View Balcony. Enjoy Views of the Ocean, and beach access is only steps away! What a great place to begin your day with a cup of coffee and those ocean breezes.

The chef in the family will be thrilled by the well equipped Kitchen with gleaming granite, warm wood cabinets, and all the conveniences of home. With a spacious dining table just off the Living Area, there is plenty of room for everyone whether settling in for a dinner together or grabbing a quick bite before hitting the Beach. Not one to cook on vacation? Wander down to one of many great dining options only steps away or take a short drive and explore some of the great dining options that nearby Fenwick Island has to offer! For your convenience, there is also a convenient Half Bath, as well as a Washer and Dryer just off the Kitchen and Living Area.

Sea Time 603 sleeps 8 more than comfortably with 3 Bedrooms and a Sleeper Sofa. The Primary Bedroom is home to a cozy King Bed, a Flat Screen Smart TV, and also has private access to the Balcony. Slip out to watch the moon dance on the surf while everyone else slumbers. You’ll experience serenity like never before. THIS is how vacations should be! The attached Primary Bath has a large Walk-in Shower, perfect for freshening up after all the family fun.

Down the Hall you will find Bedrooms 2 and 3 as well as another Full Bath! Bedroom 2 has a plush Queen Bed, and Bedroom 3, just across the hall, features a Pyramid Bunk with Twin over Full. You will find another Flat Screen Smart TV in this room, a perfect space for your special little loved ones. There is a shared Full Bath with another Walk-in Shower, located convenient to both of these Bedrooms, as well as to the Living Area.
*Guests must register with the building upon arrival to receive parking permits. There is no cost, but registration is required for parking and pool passes.
