Whether travelling with friends, family or small groups this home has everything you require for relaxing in coastal style with beautiful river breezes, making it easy to unwind after a day at the beach or by the pool.

This home is within minutes’ drive of the infamous Hastings Street and Noosa Main Beach with world class shopping and dining precinct; and Gympie Terrace that offers direct river access and exceptional dining.

Living and entertainment space:
Featuring multiple living areas, 2 bathrooms (including an ensuite to the main bedroom) and a downstairs powder room, plus ducted, zoned air-conditioning and a large capacity inverter system, you will be able to enjoy your Noosa holiday in absolute comfort.
All bedrooms are located upstairs and living areas are downstairs.

Please Note: Guests are welcome to tie up a small boat or fish from the jetty. If you do wish to bring your small boat, a Loch key is available to allow you to enter the Noosa Waters canal system and a bond of $ 500 applies for the Loch Key - please ensure you request this at time of making your booking.

Fifteen-minute easy walk to Noosa Wharf ferries and well-known restaurants such as Ricky's.
Noosa's famous Main Beach and Hastings Street offer world class restaurants, bars and boutiques, all within a 5-10-minute drive.

Noosa River - Security Canal Lock
Noosa Waters has a tidal lock system which connects the Noosa River with the non-tidal lake system. Lock gates may only be operated by security key cards, each of which contains a unique lock key. These are available on request, but under conditions that if they are not lost, misplaced during or on departure a fee for replacement of $500 will be charged to your bond.

There are also common sense pet rules that we kindly ask our guests to abide by when bringing their dog to our pet friendly holiday properties.
