Advantages -1 Great location with fabulous views.Disadvantages- 1. Equipment not maintained.2. House overrun with plants.3. Too many personal items in wardrobes.4. Only a hanging rail provided for clothes in main bedroom.5. Canopy over pool infested with nests. 6. No mention of building work two doors down.

We are disappointed and surprised to read your review. 1.You were here for 8 weeks and had 3 minor issues with equipment, all of which were rectified promptly. 2.Yes we do have lots of indoor plants which make the house feel very lived in. We did also provide weekly assistance with the watering of them. 3. All bedrooms had a set of drawers and hanging space in the robes. 4. The master bedroom had the clothes rack, a large tall boy with 5 drawers and 2 bedside sets of drawers. 5. Yes we do get wasps over the summer and for some reason they are drawn to the pool umbrella to nest. That is out of our control but easily fixed by hosing it down. 6. The new build 2 doors down was only commenced in December, you booked the house six months before then. Thanks for staying and best wishes.

Gorgeous home with everything you could wish for.
Amazing community and only just a 10 minute buggy ride away to our local fine dining, easy dining, takeaway, supermarkets- and yes we provide a 4 seater buggy for your use on the dedicated buggy tracks around Hope island and Sanctuary Cove. Take it to pick up the groceries of whip over to the Marina at Sancturay Cove to get your fresh prawns off the trawler, or simply use it when dining out at one of 20 restaurants and taverns nearby
Fabulous outside pool and alfresco area
Great movie room with incredible sound and also a grand piano if thats your thing
Incredible views of Golf Course, Kangaroos grazing, Fish jumping, etc.
If you love Golf - this is for you. We are based on the Links Course - rated No 1 Golf Course in Queensland -the other two rated in the top 7 are The Pines and The Palms at Sanctuary Cove - just a 10 minute drive to both.
If its fishing that's your thing- we have our private pontoon for fishing and crabbing off - we will leave some fishing gear and crab nets for your use. If you are a serious fisherman ask me about other options.
If its a family holiday, we have the theme parks on our doorstep as well
