The cottage is a1500 square foot 3 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow that has been completely renovated with large additions to the bedrooms & screened in porch. The primary bedroom is an excellent size & offers a queen bed & big bright windows overlooking the yard & lake. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds, enough to sleep 6 comfortably. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, cookware, center island breakfast bar and lots of counter space for food prep. Other indoor spaces include full bathroom with shower, separate laundry room, dining & living spaces & the recent addition of a 32' x 16' screened in porch that has greatly improved the entertaining & hosting capabilities. The property has full septic, municipal water & electricity and Satellite T.V & Wi-Fi.

The cabin sits on an ultra-low-profile - all beachfront- lot with unobstructed east, west & south exposure. All guests having access to;

This property is water access only. Guests will require their own boat. Parking for guests' vehicles is available on mainland and can be arranged prior to your arrival, for a fee.

An all-inclusive option is available that would include your own boat, all meals and drinks & guided fishing tours & day trips.

Pricing for the all-inclusive stay will be based on per person with a minimum 7-night stay.
