Enjoy our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo in Rotonda West with a lovely lanai area, only minutes from the beaches of the Gulf of Mexico and golf courses of Rotonda, Placida and Englewood.
Enjoy wildlife viewing from the lanai with a quiet backyard space with no rear neighbors.

Shared parking in the lot with the two neighboring long-term condos.
This community is very active with bike lanes and plenty of walking trails out the front door. Truly a peaceful place to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida experience. Rotonda has multiple golf courses and a large park with tennis courts and a playground.

Beautiful beaches are so close! Manasota Key - 15 miles and Boca Grande - 11 miles
Rotonda Community Park and Preserve - 3 miles

Access to the Boca Grande Causeway is less than 15 minutes.
