Large downstairs game room with pool table and other games. Downstairs has hideaway sleeping for 4 more making this easy accommodations for 8. King size bed in Master bedroom and queen size 2nd bedroom. Deepwater boat slip on wide canal. great fishing and boating to the nearby beaches. Heated pool and Spa.

House and location was perfect!

Mark the owner was great to work with and always available to help out. Great location if you have a boat - no bridges to ICW and close to Stumps Pass and many great beaches. Highly recommend this home for your vacation!!

Living the good life!

Very nice house .Throughly enjoyed the pool & tiki bar. Will be anxious to see new bathroom when completed. Mark was super to work with. We felt very at home here. Looking forward to coming back.

Wonderful place

Great location, close to marinas and beaches. House is very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Living area, bedrooms and bath upstairs. Lower level gane room with walkout to pool. Plenty of outdoor seating.
