The Space:
This three-bedroom home can accommodate up to six guests. It features two queen beds and two single beds, offering a flexible and comfortable sleeping arrangement for families or small groups. The layout is well organised for practical living.
The property is set across multiple levels with internal stairs. One of the upstairs bedrooms includes a small balcony, adding an extra touch of space and light. A bathtub is also available, providing a place to unwind.
A fully equipped kitchen is included, allowing guests to prepare meals with ease and enjoy a convenient stay.

Other Things to Note:
Cleanliness Concerns: If you are not completely satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, please inform the host within 6 hours. We will arrange for a cleaner to address your concerns. Please note that no refunds will be issued if remediation is not allowed.
Check-Out: The apartment is professionally cleaned between stays. We kindly request that you return the apartment in a neat and tidy condition upon check-out. Any damages or excess cleaning required will be charged to the guest.
Guest Accuracy: To ensure a pleasant stay for everyone, please ensure that the number of guests is accurately reflected at the time of booking.
Guest Verification: You may be required to provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in for verification purposes.
Storage Options: For temporary luggage storage on weekdays between 9:30 am and 5:00 pm, please visit our office at 239 Wright Street, Adelaide SA 5000. Alternatively, lockers are available at Adelaide Central Bus Station from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm daily.
Lost and Found: We keep lost and found items for up to two weeks. If you need to retrieve an item, please provide your current residential address, and we will arrange for it to be posted to you. Guests are responsible for all postage fees.
Welcome Amenities & Supplies: We provide a small welcome amenity pack to help you settle in comfortably at the start of your stay. For longer stays, or if additional items are needed beyond what is provided, guests are kindly requested to purchase these at their own expense.
