The Wave House - Family home in the tree tops with ocean views

The Wave House in Wye River is a great base for your coastal family holiday.
Located in amongst the beautiful gum trees in a peaceful setting, with bird life around the property, and often koalas in the trees.

Recently constructed, it can easily accommodate one or two families sleeping up to 8 people over two levels in three bedrooms.

There are two spacious living areas, both with TVs, and two outdoor deck areas.
The main open plan living area upstairs has comfy leather couches, large TV, and looks out to the ocean and tree top views. The timber dining table seats eight, and there is also a breakfast bar at the stone island bench. The area is warmed by a wood fire, as well as reverse cycle heating and cooling.
The kitchen is very well equipped for all your cooking needs, has electric oven and cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, an espresso coffee machine with separate grinder, and Kfee style Pod machine.

The main bedroom is also on this level, with an excellent quality king bed, and features an ensuite bathroom with freestanding bath.

The top deck has Weber BBQ, gas patio heater, outdoor dining table and banana lounges to relax and take in the views.

Downstairs is the 2nd living area with 65 inch TV, a queen bedroom, the third bedroom which has a bunk bed and a king single bed with pull out trundle. The large family bathroom has shower and vanity, there is a separate laundry with washing machine, dryer, and direct access outside to the clothes line.

All linen and bath towels are provided, bring your own beach towels.

Pets
Well behaved, house trained dogs are welcome at the property. Please don't leave dogs alone at the property, and be respectful of the native wildlife. The top deck is enclosed, and there is a grass area in the yard at the house, but it is not fully fenced.

Pricing
The initial rate is for up to 3 people, assuming 2 bedrooms being used (either 2 x queen bedrooms or 1 x queen and 1 x single).
If you are 3 people needing more than two bedrooms, please select the 5 person rate.
All pricing is based on the amount of guests staying, and beds/bedrooms used. Please ensure you book for the correct amount of guests, and confirm how many beds/bedrooms you will be requiring during your stay, so that we have accurate booking information prior to your arrival.

Important: House Rules
No parties, events & gatherings of excess people
No loud music or loud activities that could disturb neighbours at any time.
No smoking, vaping or illegal activity
Quiet hours between 10pm - 8am
Additional accommodation is not allowed on site by way of tents, caravans, campervans or similar
