There was plenty of beds for 18 guests. Loved that's there were 5 bathrooms too; each family that went got their own restroom! Great location with quiet neighborhood.

The house is nicely refurbished and very large. The back yard and deck are also very large with great seating. All of the beds, bedrooms, and bathrooms are clean and comfortable. The location is very convenient to the beach and restaurants. I would book this house again for a large group.

We came as a group of eight siblings and their spouses. The location was convenient and we had no problem navigating to the various activies we had planned. The property was very clean and for us to all have a bedroom and common areas to hang out was a huge bonus! Great stay!

Clean and quiet

Clean property, nice sized bedrooms and living room. The layout of the bathrooms was unique, but not difficult to navigate. The largest coffee table we've ever seen, which came in useful for board games and mapping out strategy with post-it notes.

Newly Renovated

Had a fantastic time with our group of 12. The house seemed newly renovated. The coffee bar was great to have for our group. King beds were extremely comfortable, and had plenty of space to spread out. The deck on the front porch was terrific. The backyard was fenced in, but we didn't spend any time out there. Would 100% recommend staying here. Was a 5 min walk to the bars and restaurants, but also in a quiet neighborhood. Ideal location.

Excellent family house

Great house with lots of space for large family. Walking distance to beach and short drive to main attractions and restaurants. The house was very clean and property management was responsive. Only suggestion to add is providing a little more garbage bags and every day items like dishwasher. The house fits 18 people and those items are gone through quickly. When flying it’s hard to bring those items and costly to then supply it without being able to take it home if we had to buy more. Otherwise overall excellent would recommend this for any families looking for a great place to stay on Tybee.

Tybee Vacation

The property is very nice, clean and as mentioned; we enjoyed the stayWill like to bring attention on1) there was some wierd smell ( May be some meat / food) which was unbarable when we enter the home.2) The refrigerator was not making and dispensing water and Ice which we informed themanagemaent, they wanted to send the repairers but as we were there for two days and was no urgency we didn't request the immidiate repairs.

Plenty of Space for Large Group.

Pink Pearl by the Sea was great for my party of 18. We had several couples so the kings size beds worked out great. It would have been nice to have a couple more rooms that had two single beds, but we made it work. The house is beautifully decorated, with unique paintings and art work. The kitchen was a bit small for our large group, as there is no where to put your dry goods or groceries, but it was nice to have an updated kitchen. The living room was the bes as it had the 3 of the biggest couches . My family love to sit outside and there was adequate seating for all.. it would have been nice to have some protection from Georgia mosquitos,and sun. The front deck provided some shade during the day. Overall, we had a good experience at Pink Pearl by the Sea!
