This bright, modern apartment is located on the first floor with minimal stairs, offering stunning water views over the Pumicestone Passage and the distant Shipping Lanes. Imagine starting your day with a coffee on your private balcony, furnished with comfortable wooden benches, as you soak in the scenic beauty.
Inside, you'll find an open-plan living and dining area, bathed in natural light from large windows with plantation shutters. The contemporary wicker and wood furniture creates an inviting atmosphere for relaxation.

Main bedroom: Features a comfortable Queen bed.
Second bedroom: Equipped with two single beds that can be joined to form a double, offering flexible sleeping arrangements.

One bathroom with a separate toilet for your convenience.
Kitchen:
The self-contained kitchen is clean, modern, and well-equipped with a microwave, oven, and toaster, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire apartment, including the two bedrooms, one bathroom, open-plan living/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and the private waterfront balcony.
Key collection for your stay is handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen Policy:
For bookings made after September 26, 2025, linen will be supplied, but guests will still need to make the beds upon arrival.
For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025, guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels) or arrange for hire at an additional fee.
Amenities Not Included:
Please be aware that there is no dishwasher in the unit.
