Fantastic Place To Stay

The house was clean, nicely furnished and modern. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room to stretch out. My wife and I were able to enjoy our new grand children while visiting. This was very much a home away from home.

Tournament weekend

We came for a softball tournament. The location was perfect. It was nice and clean with a fenced in backyard for our two dogs. We would definitely recommend this property!

Part of the Neighborhood

The house quickly became our home for us over the four day stay. We were just part of the neighborhood with easy accesses to all things Conway, especially UCA. The house layout was conducive for conversations and the one floor living was easy on low mobility family members. Ken was very friendly and made checking in and out stress free. I recommend for anyone that is seeking practical accommodations while in Conway.

This property was amazing. It was very clean and even smelled great. Very comfortable and well put together. The location is great and accessible to anywhere you need to get. The host was very responsive. No issues with check in or out.

Good Place

This place was a great option for our family—it looked just like the pictures! The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and cookware, and the neighborhood was pretty quiet. We felt safe during our entire stay, which we really appreciated. Access to the garage was also a big plus.However, the house could use a deep clean. The baseboards and kitchen cabinets were dirty, and the shower curtain in the master bathroom was quite filthy—we had to wash it before using the shower. Also, the back door didn’t have a blind or curtain, which made the house warmer during the day. Additionally, it looked like an animal had chewed on some areas in the home.I would definitely stay at this home again. I’d arrive closer to the beginning check in time in order to do a little cleaning before settling in.

Family visit

We loved the house and back yard. (The dogs did) We liked the deck. The beds were very comfortable and the AC worked very well. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The neighborhood was mostly quiet, except when people were going to work. That is expected and in no way a bad thing. Due to a situation with my 86 year old mother, we had to extend a full week. Both VRBO and the property manager owner were very receptive and extremely cooperative. We will book this property again!

House was great

The rental was very nice and clean. It was a good size for our needs. I like how it had a king size bed, queen size bed, and two twin size beds so that several people can stay in the same rental. They even had fans in the closets to pull out and use if we got hot! The only thing I would have wished was different were the beds. They appear to be newer but are really extra firm. They were very hard in my opinion. The contact host was super nice!!! Always answered the phone when I called.

Conway trip made easy!

My family booked this home to test the Conway waters and to spend some time with family in Rosebud. The home was perfect to return to at the end of a day, There was enough space for my family of four and two dogs. We didn't need the third bedroom but it was nice to have just incase. The yard is enclosed with a privacy fence, I'd say you may want to walk the perimeter of the fence to check the locks and holes if you have adventurous dogs or smaller kids. JUST to make sure since the neighbor does have a small dog and there are a couple of ways out. There was a small hole in the fence on one side which we just blocked to keep our little blind dog in. When I say this home had everything we needed I mean it. My husband loved the pillows so we bought some when we made it home and we felt so relaxed and rested each morning. I enjoyed this home so much that when we return to Conway, we will book it again. Thank you so much for letting us borrow your home. You were so quick to respond to my questions about the door lock and your home was the best rental we have used in all of our travels!
