We were in town for a baseball tournament located at Don Owens and Conway Station. The location was perfect! The house was clean and had everything we needed. Having a laundry room to wash his uniforms was awesome too!

This home was located in a quiet neighborhood, not far from friends and wedding activities we were in town for. The house was a good size for our family of 6. I hadn’t realized that the bathroom only had a shower though, which was a bit of an issue with our 3 year old twins who only take baths. The beds were comfortable and it was nice having the kitchen to cook meals in. The host had let us know the previous guests had left the house in quite a state and she did her best to clean. We found the kitchen counters and shelves with the coffee to be dirty, so I cleaned those and had to clean the coffee mugs. On our second day, we discovered old, rotting chicken on a platter in the microwave. I tossed it and washed the dish and microwave, and informed the host, who was apologetic. There were no bath mats so I purchased some from Target and left them at the house. My kids loved the game room, but it took us 15 min to figure out what door to use to get in. The back attached part of the house with the laundry is not locked and is accessible from the backyard- which is accessible to anyone as the side fence was broken. That made me nervous that anyone could sneak into the yard and into that laundry room/game room. We did not have any issues though and a cop living down the street (with visible patrol car) made me feel safer. Overall it was a good visit and the price was great.

Thanks for your honest review. We are sorry you didn't have a tub, but our listing reflects this. The garage laundry is left unlocked but is only assessable thru locked back gates. Sorry if this made you feel unsafe but this room is not attached to the home at all.

Cute little place in Conway

The neighborhood was quiet and safe. A member of law enforcement lives just down the street. It is conveniently located near the event center and easily accessible. The place is nice; however, there are no televisions in the bedrooms. The property manager was great. The laundry and game room are located in the shed out back.

Thanks for staying! It’s a great little home. Sorry about the TVs, but we don’t have it in our description so hopefully it wasn’t something you needed. And just for anyone that reads your review the laundry and game room are in an air controlled garage. Thanks so much for staying!

We had a wonderful stay at this home! The house was very nice, comfortable, and convenient for everything we needed. We truly appreciated how accommodating the hosts were and how kind they were to allow us to stay with our family and our dogs for three nights. It made our trip so much easier and more enjoyable. We are very grateful for their hospitality and would definitely recommend staying here!
