Great Place to Stay

The property was perfect for what we were looking for. The place was clean and lots of room for all in our family. Excellent location for the places we intended to go. Was located in a nice quite area and we enjoyed the community pool. Will definitely consider staying again next time we are in town.

NICE LOCATION- POOL NOT AVAILABLE

We stayed here during the 3 day state baseball tournament. The location was great and the property was clean. My only complaint is that there is a community pool that is advertised, but when we arrived, it was empty. It was in the high 90s the whole time we were there and this was one of the reasons that we booked here. I would suggest checking with the property manager to make sure the pool is up and running before you book.

Clean, nice location

We stayed at this property during the 3 day state baseball tournament. The location was great and the property was clean, however, our only complaint, is that the community pool was empty. One of the only reasons we booked this spot is because of the pool. It was in the 90s the whole time we were there. We were never told that the pool was not usable. I would check beforehand about the pool before booking again.

Comfortable quiet neighborhood

Great mattress Clean Racheal did a great job with communication The only complaint is that there was a plug in airfreshner in the living room that gave us a huge headache. Didn’t know where it was coming from until a couple of hours later but still had to deal with smell after it was unplugged

Arrived to an unclean patio, had to blow off the furniture ourselves to be able to sit down. Debris was everywhere on both patio areas. I have pictures if you would like them. The dishwasher was full of stinky unclean dishes upon arrival. The shower in the second bathroom did not work at all also the main lighting in the living room did not work so we sat in the dark to watch tv. The host, Rachel was not responsive or helpful when we reached out to her. I sent her a text on the same feed where she texted me to call her if there were any questions or concerns on our arrival. Her response to us was: You have the wrong number.". Never in 15 years have I had such a horrible host. Outdated coffee pods and limited travel sized soaps in the bathrooms.

Fun place!!

We loved the neighborhood and access to the pool. However the decks were not cleaned off and dirty but we swept them off. We loved the neighborhood!

Stay in Nampa

The property was nice, quiet, clean and in a good neighborhood. Some of the lights did not work and the parking space was not for two full size SUV's or trucks. We made it work with one of us parking in the garage (tight fit) and one of us parking outside of the garage. Very dark at night, a nightlight in each bathroom would have been nice. We appreciated all of the coffee pods and the great selection.

Townhome in quiet neighborhood

Overall very nice. Spacious and in a very quiet spot. A couple things could be fixed. For example, light/fan (ceiling) in living area wouldn’t turn on. Also, we had a smoke alarm start chirping in the night (granted, that’s hard to foresee, but maybe just replace those batteries every so often so that guests don’t have that experience). You can’t really go wrong with this one, however. If you want to be in Nampa it’s a great spot.
