Very nice place

Everything was like new. The house is divided into rentable spaces and other people were present. We never saw the other people but we could hear them from tome to time. The location is close to many outdoor activities.

Great location, Beds are exceedingly uncomfortable

Stayed in this house while visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon. Great central location . Kitchen was large and the house in good condition; however, the beds were so uncomfortable that I spent the whole time sleeping on the couch. Also, the laundry detergent was very strong smelling so all the sheets caused some allergic reactions.

This place was perfect for our family of 4! When we travel we like to go to the grocery store and make our own food and this kitchen had everything! Beds were super comfortable. I also liked that it had a washer and dryer because we were super dusty from hiking all day! It was also a great location. Just a nice 20 min drive to Zion! Grocery store was just minutes away. Also close to restaurants. If you have kids check out Quail Creek reservoir! Super fun and just minutes away.

We enjoyed our 3 night stay at this property. It was very clean, the bed was comfortable, kitchen was nice, and was close to Zion. We entered through the garage, I believe one of the other units enter through the garage also but they are completely separated. There is plenty of parking, It’s not clear in the listing that it’s shared between all the units. There wasn’t other people staying there the same dates as us so we had no issues. The master bath has a tub and shower, the other bathroom is a half bath. If you weren’t close with the individuals staying with you, it might be weird having them shower in your bathroom.

Unit was great. Unfortunately, the listing didn’t say anything except ‘whole house to yourself!’ Which is misleading. There are three units in the house. Each is isolated from the other, but still misleading given what I was led to believe I was paying for. Website claimed the whole 1700 sq ft and two door garage was what we were getting, not 1/3 of that.

Beware! Ask questions before renting

The house itself is nice, clean and in a good area. The owner has made the house into 3 separate units. This is where the problem begins: unit 2 enters through the garage, the garage has lots of construction supplies stacked against all 4 walls. The cleaning lady has access to garage and does the laundry in there. The worst though is the door that separates the 2 units located in the bedroom, it has small frosted glass windows. When the other unit has their inside entry light on it shines brightly into the bedroom. Which happened at 3:30 in the morning. Also in that bedroom you can hear the other units tv and voices loudly at all times of the night! On the living room wall there are light switches that you can turn on/off the other units inside entry light. The ad says unit 2 is 1800 sf, it is not! Unless they are counting the garage as sf the house is at best 1,200 sf. Also there are exposed wires in the utility room wall. We would not stay at this house again which is really sad because with some small upgrades this could be a good stay. The ad is very very misleading from the sf of house and the picture of kitchen. Evolve says they have been renting this house for a year, it’s strange they only have 1 other review besides the one I’m posting and it was posted 2 days ago. It will be interesting to see how long this review stays on here.
