This apartment is the perfect fit for a family or close friends to enjoy a beachside getaway.
Be welcomed into the open plan living, dining and kitchen with a balcony for outdoor dining or relaxation. There is a six-seater dining setting inside plus a breakfast bar at the kitchen bench. The large kitchen is well equipped with all the necessities and modern electrical appliances.
The main two bedrooms are privately set back and a half level higher with the master bedroom featuring an ensuite. The third bedroom is an open-concept space above the living room. The main bathroom is combined with a fully equipped laundry.
Peregian Court Resort has a beautiful outdoor pool for all guests to enjoy, and a garden surrounded communal BBQ area.
The apartment has a single covered carport for easy parking.
Includes: Air conditioning in living room only, ceiling fans, stereo, smart TV, dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, fridge, washing machine, dryer, outdoor furniture, pool view, covered single carport.
Accommodates 5: 2 x queen, 1 x single.
Linen and bath towels are included.
