Large Architecturally designed separate dwelling on Queenstown Hill above the town (5 mins walk to the main city centre). 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8 people. 2 separate bathrooms plus 2 separate toilets, 2 large separate living areas, separate breakfast sunroom, Off-street parking for 3 cars. The property boasts two front balconies with panoramic views of the Lake, the Remarkables, Walter Peak and part of Queenstown city centre. There is a third balcony with views towards Skyline Gondola. The downstairs courtyard has a new outdoor covered spa pool (hot tub) with panoramic views. There is a large fenced off rear lawn area. This dwelling is ideal for a large family or even two small families. It's a small walk down to the city centre initially through an adjoining reserve or you could even walk up to the top of Queenstown Hill and enjoy the views. Fully fitted out separate kitchen plus outdoor BBQ. Queenstown is the premiere location of New Zealand for Night life, Restaurants and Shopping. It goes without saying the adventure activities are unbelievable!

Spectacular view of Queenstown & Lake

The views from most every room in the house is what made this home so special to us. It was also very spacious and roomy. We enjoyed the walk back and forth into the town center. It was a great workout!

Great location, lots of space

This is a large home in a great location close to all the action in Queenstown. The views are lovely and there is a lot of space. We had some issues while at the property that we felt were met with defensiveness rather than care by the owners, but I imagine those issues will be resolved after our stay and won’t affect future stays. The linens, duvets, and towels in the downstairs rooms need a refresh.

Wonderful place

This home is absolutely amazing. Lots of room, good supply of basics, lovely and cozy. We had a great stay and truly enjoyed the incredible views (and hot tub!).

Great Space - Awesome Views

we are 2 couples and there was ample space - house had everything we needed and more. while it was close to town the steepness of the hill made walking back and forth into town a bit challenging - but uber arrives quickly and pretty inexpensive

Amazing house

Eight family members traveled together from the U.S. to visit Queenstown. Our trip was made extra special because of staying in this fabulous house. The rooms are spacious and very comfortably furnished. The views of the lake, mountains, and city are absolutely breathtaking! We are a well traveled group and have stayed in some beautiful places but this house ranks #1 - we will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay

Couldn’t have asked for a better place to spend the last few days of or NZ holiday. The place was amazing and we would love to return some day. Communication was easy and the house had everything we could want. The walk back from town is a challenging one, but well worth it for the amazing views. Thank you for having us!

The greatest view

This is a very beautiful place to stay at. The view is out of this world beautiful. Well equipped bedrooms. I enjoyed the hot tub. It’s a steep walk from town, no way one would go shopping without a car. Coming from the US I am used to window screens and ceiling fans… in NZ that’s not very common.so close the curtains before you go out on a day that’s going to be warm. And enjoy THE VIEW!!!

Fantastic house. Great location. Great overlook to the city. Not too far from city center, shops, and restaurants. Great host. Easy check in / check out. Would love to stay there again if ever visiting Queenstown again!

Outstanding Location with Amazing Views

This spacious home provides outstanding views of Queenstown and Lake Wakatipu. Having 4 bedrooms, 4 baths and multiple living areas provided our extended family plenty of space to relax. Queenstown is a beautiful city with many things to do and places to explore. I highly recommend this property and hope to return in the future.

Great place with awesome views but the walk back from Queenstown has some serious hills. We walked down and got an Uber back to save our legs a couple of times.

Wrap around views

A great house that felt very much like a home. It accommodated 3 couples easily and the expansive windows allowed you to watch the weather change before your eyes. The host had taken a lot of care to ensure the house manual was full of useful information. The walk up the hill is a steep one...so bring good shoes or your Uber App. Would absolutely stay tgere again.

A beautiful, comfortable and spacious home

The house is huge, with a great layout ensuring peace and quiet in the master bedroom and room for everyone. While the walk back from town will keep you fit, the views were simply amazing. The house had everything we needed and was warm and inviting. The teens loved the spa. The property is secure for dogs. Parking and access was easy. Would love to stay again.
