Had one issue with a broken shower head that was fixed the first thing the next morning, great response time and no big deal. We were very happy with the property and beach access. We are a multi-generational family with 6 and 9 year out girls. Jeff and Francine’s condo was perfect for our family Spring Break. The location cannot be beat. Walkable to everything. The two provided parking spaces were close by and easy to access. The property is kept on great shape. Access to the beach and pool are very easy. The people was ran into around the property were very friendly. Security was appropriate. The condo itself is as advertised. It is well-kept and very spacious. Views from the balcony are the best. The layout offers good privacy but is also a great communal space. All bathrooms, appliances, etc., work well. There is an easy to access storage bin with all the needed beach accessories. Everything has been thought of. Lastly, the communication from Jeff and Francine was very prompt and friendly. We felt like a guest on their home. We enjoyed the stay so much that we rebooked for next Spring Break already.

Clean, well equipped spacious condo with amazing views of the ocean! Walking distance to many places. The gym was an added benefit as well as the very warm pool.

We have stayed in several locations on Marco Island in the past and this property ranks high on our list. We loved the balconies on the west and east side of the condo. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets from the comfort of the spacious unit. The owners were great to work with and have done a great job in renovating the bedrooms and bathrooms.

This condo is amazing and it’s our 2nd time staying! Great location and view from big balcony is beautiful! The location is also perfect … close to all the restaurants for dining! South Beach is just an easy 10 minute walk down the beach and shelling was on fire! Love the Somerset!

Excellent rental. The place was beautiful, time and thought was given to every room and anything needed. There really wasn’t a single thing we could’ve wanted that wasn’t stocked in the place.

We all had a wonderful time. Everything we needed in condo was supplied. Amazing view from the 9th floor.
