This incredible four-bedroom, three-bathroom house is the epitome of luxurious living! With lightning-fast Wi-Fi, you'll never have to worry about slow internet speeds. Nestled in the esteemed Store Lake Resort condominium, this property stands out from the rest.



The jewel in the crown of this resort is undoubtedly the spectacular clubhouse. With a resort-style pool that's perfect for families who want to spend a day having fun in the sun, you'll never be bored.



The master suite features a regal king-sized bed and a private bathroom, while the second bedroom has a King-sized bed and a shared bathroom. The other two bedrooms each have a full-sized bed and a twin-sized, and a Full-sized bulk bed and share a bathroom. You'll receive 11 towels, and there's a fully equipped laundry room available for your use.



As a gesture of our appreciation, we provide a Welcome Kit to all our guests. Please note that it's your responsibility to keep it safe as we won't be able to replace it.



Conveniently located just six minutes from Walmart, 13 minutes from Disney, 14 minutes from Premium Outlets, and 24 minutes from Universal, this townhouse is the perfect base for your vacation.



Please note that the pool heater is available at an extra cost. If you'd like to add it to your stay, make sure to let us know 48 hours before your reservation.

BOOKING YOUR STAY:

You must be 21 years of age or older to book with us. When requested, the guest must provide us with an ID. Your ID and payment method must match. Failure to provide ID will result in the booking being canceled.





BEFORE CHECKING IN:

Attention: it is very important that all guests must provide a complete guest list of first and last names by 5pm EST at least 24 hours before their arrival. The resort will not allow access if the names are not registered.



AMENITIES:

* Pack ’n Plays and high chairs are available upon request.

* Included: fresh linens, 1 bath towel per guest, 1 hand towel per bathroom, bath rugs, hair dryer, and starter supplies (soap, paper goods, 3 trash bags, 1 laundry detergent, 1 dishwasher pod).

* After the starter supplies, guests are responsible for restocking items as needed.

* Not provided: washcloths, salt/pepper, or open food items.

* Washer & dryer available.



MAINTENANCE:

We’re always ready to assist with any maintenance needs—surprises can happen even after our check-in inspection. Please report issues promptly so we can address them quickly; delays may affect our ability to assist during business hours.



POOL HEATER:

Please note the pool heater can take up to 24 HOURS to fully heat and will be turned on once the payment has been processed, so please be sure to request the pool heater at least 48 hours before your arrival.

*The pool is heated to 86F For health and safety reasons we cannot raise the temperature beyond 86F. Thank you for your understanding.*



IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

- Pool and Spa heater is an additional fee and it must be requested

- The resort charges a $10 fee for deliveries
