Designed for hosting groups and families, this character-filled, historic, recently remodeled house is perfect for anyone looking to have fun. The house features vibrant indoor and outdoor areas, which you can fully enjoy

The spacious main floor provides a central point for relaxation, whether delicious meals are prepared in the fully equipped kitchen or fun movie nights with snacks. Four comfortable bedrooms offer hotel-like comforts (Roku Smart TV in 2 of the 4 bedrooms), and the backyard provides a seating area and a gas grill.

🔕As a quick disclaimer and note to potential guests, we are a FAMILY ORIENTED neighborhood. Outdoor amenities are not available past 10pm each night as we are NOT a party house and have a strict 10pm - 7am noise rule. After 10pm our neighbors should not hear you. IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO PARTY and come and go all hours of the night, we are not a good fit for you. Rowdiness, excessive noise, loud music, etc. are all grounds for removal. Our neighbors are all families who have children. Please be considerate of them and respectful of this rule or you will be made to leave the property immediately. 🔕
