Sunny two bedroom apartment with private terrace

This nice two bedroom apartment is located in the district of Almagro at only three blocks of the biggest shopping center of Buenos Aires: Abasto shopping with its boutiques, restaurants and its cinema. Bright and quiet, on a 9th floor, it offers 61 covered square meters and a large private terrace of 16 square meters with a panoramic view on the area. With a nice decoration and all the commodities for a pleasant stay, it can accommodate comfortably up to four people.

Living & dining room appliances:
Large sofa for 3 people, coffee-table with 2 poufs, dining table with 4 chairs, fan & access to the terrace.

Kitchen appliances:
Dishes for 4 people, gas stove top & oven, refrigerator with freezer, micro-wave, toaster, coffee-maker, juice extractor & other cooking utensils. Access to an intern balcony.

Bedrooms appliances :
Small bedroom with two singe beds & a desk. The main bedroom has a double bed and access to the terrace. There is a large armoire in the corridor next to the bedrooms.

Bathroom appliances:
Bathtub with shower, bidet & bathroom linens.

The apartment doesn’t allow smoking (except on the terrace) and parties. The building hasn’t specific rules except respecting the common area, the noise (no noise after 10 pm / midnight during the week-end).
I am flexible for the check in / out but on Sundays, blank holiday and during the night (8 Pm to 9 Am, I ask an additional check in fee of USD 20).

Notre beau séjour à Buenos Aires!

Abordable, très bien situé et très confortable. Très belle terrasse pour prendre nos repas au beau soleil de Buenos Aires. Situé au 9e étage d’un édifice. Très belle vue des alentours. Facilité d’accès au métro Carlos Gardel. Près d’un centre d’achat et d’une épicerie.
