An extraordinary cottage at a great location in Cotter. The cottage owner has done a phenomenal job with the renovation, focusing on great aesthetics and efficient function throughout. A super place to stay.

Absolutely great place. So clean. Even had an air fryer! The back deck was perfect. I loved the mix of modern technology with the history and charm of the place. The owner is great. Beautiful, quiet little town. Walk to the river with a huge park also. I highly recommend staying there.

Absolutely what I needed

I spent my days and nights fishing, so I needed somewhere quiet to rest and close to the river. This was the perfect spot for that!

Everything was amazing! The interior remodel was done perfectly preserving original features beautifully! Location was walking distance from local restaurants and a trout dock. The only thing that would have made it better is ice trays in the freezer for drinks.

Peacefully Perfect!

We had a great weekend at this studio! It was super clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed its historical elements. A great location in a quiet neighborhood. It’s obvious the host is very thoughtful in the small details. We definitely want to come back!

Fishing trip

This is a great place to stay! It was one of the cleanest places I’ve rented and such a great history of the building. The decor really captures the vibe of the White River and the area. It’s so convenient and Drew was always very prompt with instructions and information. There was a very sweet orange tiger kitty who watched over my coming and going! I’d love to stay here again and definitely will if it’s available for my next trip to Cotter!

Marathon visit

I needed somewhere to stay the night before my marathon in Cotter . This studio was 2 blocks from the finish line and close to at least 4 different restaurants. The balcony deck was a nice bonus . The property had a private feeling. I will stay again !

Absolutely loved it. Studio, but felt so roomy. Excellent location for walking to spring and shopping. Overlooks neighbor's spectacular garden. Used the grill often and the back porch was wonderful. Artistic and charming style. Would book again in a heartbeat. Fantastic value for the price.
