Fully equipped kitchen, generous amount of space throughout. Great location near Cotter Trout Dock and the White River.Enjoyed the rustic decor.Host was very attentive and quick to respond.
This cabin is even better than the listing! We go to this area to fish two or three times each year and have stayed in a variety of places many on the White River. Because the cabin is in the town of Cotter, I hadn’t expected the privacy of this place. Very peaceful but also extremely convenient to everything you need. The owner was very proactive and helpful. Highly recommend
The cabin was exactly as advertised and more. Clean and well appointed. Fully stocked and beautifully decorated. We loved the antiques and the true cabin feeling. A great property. We will definitely be back.
We fished the White River and this cabin is in the perfect location. Off street parking and enough room for our truck and drift boat. Definitely has a great cabin feel with all the decorations. It was very clean and the kitchen had all that we needed.
Kitchen was stocked with exceptional cookware and plenty of plates, cooking utensils ect. I had a very nice stay and will visit again in the near future.
The cabin was fantastic! Well appointed on a quiet side street within walking distance of the trout dock and restaurant. Cotter is a beautiful place and this is a great place to stay in Cotter.
My buddy and I were in Cotter for three days of flyfishing. We had a fly shop in town nearby and were just a short drive to meet our guide. The cabin has all the amenities we needed plus. After a long day on the water, this cabin proved to be a great respit. we were able to take advantage of the full kitchen with gas stove. The wifi access allowed us to keep current with local fishing news. We had a full range of temperatures from freezing first days to 70s80s last two and the cabin accommodated.
We really enjoyed our stay. The U-shape of the cabin with the galley kitchen between the two sitting areas was really neat. The decor is awesome, the yard is ample size and there’s plenty of hang out space both indoors and out. So close to the White with plenty of parking too.
We really liked this place. We come to the area every year to visit family and have always stayed at a different place every time. We will be staying here again if it is available next time we’re in town. The house was fully stocked. All that was needed was food. Everything was clean and there was plenty of space for everyone.
Went on fishing trip to cotter. The cabin is in east walking distance of south roundhouse shoals and big spring access. It was clean, everything was easy to find. The cabin itself had great workmenship done on it and felt warm and inviting.
Our family of 5 stayed comfortably. Mike has great communication and was on top of the small issue we had with a television. Cabin is a short drive to anywhere we wanted to go!
Fished two days on the White River and one below Norfolk dam location was great for the fishing

HI, I'M MIKE, I'VE LIVED IN THIS AREA FOR 28 YRS. I HAVE A LOCAL BUSINESS NEAR THE COTTER AREA. I'VE ALWAYS LOVED THIS AREA, ITS A BEAUTIFUL PLACE THAT IS SECOND TO NONE. I'M HERE TO HELP.
Why they chose this property
I BOUGHT THIS OLD HOUSE BUILT IN THE 40'S THAT WAS VERY RUN DOWN, BUT ITS LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO THE RIVER. THIS HOUSE HAS BEEN TOTALLY RENOVATED WITH RUSTIC FLARE. IT IS IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD, & IS CLOSE TO MANY THINGS THIS AREA HAS TO OFFER. FISHING, HIKING, GOLF, SIGHTSEEING, SHOPPING, BOATING, & MANY OTHER THINGS.
What makes this property unique
HOUSE IS COMPLETED UPDATED, WITH RUSTIC CHARM INSIDE & OUT. IT HAS A VERY COZY SETTING THAT MAKES U FEEL LIKE HOME.
