Very nice home that was extremely clean and comfortable. Host went above and beyond (thanks for the snacks) ! Easy walk downtown, 10/10 would stay here again and recommend to friends & family.

It was excellent for visiting Saint Augustine and the location made it super easy to get around to everything we wanted to do. Home was excellent for two couple or a small family.

Very nicely appointed, great that both bedrooms and bathrooms were identical. Our only issue was that the shower water pressure was so low. Oyher than that we loved the location and accommodations.

Nice House…Neighborhood in Transition

We are a couple in our late 60’s. This house is in a historic neighborhood called Lincolnville. It is a 15 min walk to St George Street. It is a neighborhood in transition. This property was very well maintained. The house is clean, the appliances appear new and there is adequate kitchenware and spices for cooking. Of note there is no dishwasher and guests are required to wash and put away dishes upon checkout. I found the check in process odd. The instructions were to enter a code into a lock box to access a single key. There are no instructions regarding where to find the lockbox. I had to call the contact number to locate it. I find it strange that a 2 bedroom house would only provide a single key for the occupants. We were a couple and did everything together, but what if there were 2 couples who were not always together? As mentioned earlier this is a neighborhood in transition. By this I mean some homes are in the process of being renovated, some have completed their renovations and some are in complete disrepair. Unfortunately one such house is adjacent ( next to the driveway) to this property. To illustrate, there are missing walls with plastic sheeting in their place. There is a car on blocks on the front lawn. There is a small public park next to the house. It looks relatively new although someone is feeding cats there. Based on the neighborhood, I would not stay here again.

First visit to St. Augustine

Our visit to St. Augustine was very good. Our renta was very clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and nice to take take dogs for walks. Would stay again.

Nice Cottage, But Poor Neighborhood

The cottage itself was very clean, very roomy, and well appointed. The neighborhood is very scetchy with noises and people having raised voices at all hours. There were many houses on the block that were nothing more than broken down shacks. Some were abandoned. We immediately checked all windows to insure that they locked. There was one bedroom window that did not lock. The sink in the front bedroom drained ever so slow. Worse than that was I immediately called Matt, our contact person. He never returned my call. I then emailed them and they wrote back to me, not with any concern, but with a snarky attitude. down shacks

Everything was great. House was clean and decorated beautifully. House was just great for walking to the downtown area and restaurants. Unfortunately, the weather (hurricane Milton) halted our trip after 24 hours. Owner and the rental agency contacted us about the evacuation. We will try again in spring. Thank you

Convenient and clean

Nice renovations to this house to make it a lovely place to stay. The house was very clean with linens provided. It was very convenient to the historic area and attractions. There are also some great restaurants close by. St. Augustine Fish Camp was my fave. It's not the typical fish camp that is only fried food. I'd recommend staying here.

My sister and I enjoyed our stay in this cute house that is conveniently located close to most major sites in St. Augustine and only a 12-minute ride to the beach. Perfect house for two-four people.

Great location, modern aesthetic

The property was clean, had modern appliances and was stocked with the necessities plus some extras. The property owner communicated promptly. The property was in a quiet location that was also perfect for walking into downtown with no driving reqhired. Just up the street we rented a golf cart to get around. Great experience!

Beautiful cottage. Clean and well maintained. Space was just perfect for us. Had everything you could need including a spice rack and laundry detergent. Close to historic downtown St Augustine so walking to sites is easy.

A lovely weekend

We were completely satisfied with the cottage, more than we expected. Definitely would recommend. Only one suggestion: install grab bars in shower for us senior citizens.

This house was great! Everything you need at home away from home. Each area stocked with everything thing like blower dryer, extra throws for relaxing, kitchen fully stocked. This location is close to downtown and just a few minutes to town where they have great restaurants and shopping. Quiet neighborhood and friendly people. We didn’t have any problems while there but I did reach out to the owner prior to our visit and he was accessible and very helpful with questions I had. The house was very clean and up to date with fixtures. Beds very comfortable and great water pressure.
