I never could get in contact with the host. I tried to call but his mailbox was full and I couldn’t leave a message. The home is nice and works great for our group.

The place was mostly fine. It offers good separation for couples. When we arrived the place had not been cleaned. There was some confusion with cleaning staff on our arrival date. Owner compensated us for the unit not being ready. The place could really use a good cleaning and a little maintenance. The faucets were loose on a few of the bathrooms, the walls, baseboards, and furniture could use a good cleaning. Tubs and showers drain slowly. This is the second time we’ve stayed there and the place could use a little tlc.

Great!

We stayed at this house last year and it was so much cleaner and nicer this year. The yard was nice and taken care if. The patio was clean and had really nice outdoor furniture. The shower on the main floor was fixed and much cleaner. We had a great experience !

Great House for Multiple Couples

We had a great time at Luxe Yuma. We had 3 couples and a single adult and there was more than enough room for all of us. We each had our own room and designated bathroom which was great. We didn’t use the pool due to being February, but did spend quite a bit of time in the backyard. Very nice place to just hangout, play games, and enjoy our friends.We plan to stay again!

It's a beautiful house but it needs some up keep. The oven was dirty the grill was dirty the pots and pans were dirty.thehost was emailed on Thursday before we arrived and we never heard back from the host.

Wedding in Yuma

We came to Yuma for a family wedding and chose to rent a house rather than stay at hotel. The house fit all of us perfectly and allowed us to relax and hang out more than a hotel would. The location was great, the size of the house was perfect, and it met all our needs. The only two complaints are that the floors were really dirty-my son's feet were so gross after walking around barefoot, and the pillows in the master bedroom were super flat.

We stayed in this same house in February. We did notice a decline in the house cleanliness and amenities. Towels were hard to find until we realized they were all hanging in the Master closet. Zero soap in bathrooms.

We've already spoken with our landscaping company to ensure the yard receives proper attention going forward. Regarding the towels, we keep additional supplies in the laundry room, and we regret if that wasn't communicated clearly. As for the kitchen, we left water bottles for guest convenience, though they may not have been placed in the fridge. We appreciate your input and will look into how we can enhance the overall guest experience."

Very spacious

The home is very nice and spacious. The shower in the hall was totally worthless, the water ran down the wall. The edges of the tile in the bathrooms was gross. They need better cleaners. The beds were comfortable. We had to put all of our trash in the recycle bin because the other garbage can was overflowing. We enjoyed the stay.

The pool heater didn’t work. The Hot tub heater was broken. Towel racks falling off. Dog poop in the backyard. Dead bird in pool on arrival. Trash and recycling was full. Grill was not properly cleaned. Caught on fire when we were cooking

Overpriced for the season.

Not as advertised, overpriced for the season. Very dirty, beds need to be replaced. Spa not heated. Communication with contact was nonexistent, tried through email for weeks and called, with no responses. Will never use Vrbo again. We left home cleaner than we found it.

Somewhat disappointed

The house was in a great neighborhood, it had plenty of room for all of us. The biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the property. When we were changing the kitchen trash can, we moved the can and there was dirt and trash underneath the waste can on the floor. There was a trash can outside by the pool that was from the previous guests. The tile floors were sticky in some areas. I would suggest changing cleaning companies, as these people are not doing a great job.

Good value for the space

This property had all the room we needed. Five couples (all family) visiting for a wedding - including the bride and groom. The upstairs bedroom gave privacy for the wedding couple. Description does not mention that three bedrooms (including the one upstairs have their own bathroom. One bathroom is outside in the poolhouse. The kitchen is small and description says no flatware and they mean it. Plan on buying EVERYTHING you need to make breakfast, including oil and salt and pepper. This home was once beautiful, but it needs a good scrub and some love. I emailed the manager some small issues, but still have not heard back. Overall, we were still happy as the value as we had space and seating for everyone.
